This place used to be very good, A good sandwich at a fair deal! NOT ANY MORE!! Something has changed! Employees are looking over their shoulders, Being Watched!! I understand inflation! But recently they give Less Meat, less Tomatoes, More Lettuce, and less of all other add ons at an Inflated Price! Can get a whole lot better Deal @ any Near By Grocery Store, Without paying for all that Advertising! To the Owners, You want last long pleasing Share Owners at Customers Expense!!!! We are still a regular customer, For Now, Not as much Longer, Unless they Improve.

I don't think shrinkflation has taken hold in the sandwich industry. Their sandwiches are good and expensive. They are probably 1/3 less wide bread than they were 20 plus years ago. I want the old 4 inch wide by 16 inch long sandwiches. No the slim ones of today. That goes for all franchise branded subs, grinders, hoagies, etc.

Great service and atmosphere. Respectfully recommend that when switching out brown lettuce for fresh don’t put the subpar product on top of fresh product.

1st time ever - very poor service - very slow,backed up . 4 orders in a row were mishandled/mistakes - given stale bread for the sandwich - need better supervision on Saturday evening maybe - usually great service - will chalk it up to a long day
