Placed an order through the app on New Year's day. Picked up my order a little before 5:00pm. Not a soul at the front of the store. No staff. No customers. Odd. Got home and put my sandwich in the fridge. Husband's sandwich was dry. Ate my sandwich around 6:30. Woke up in the middle of the night with abdominal pain and spent the next hour in and out of the bathroom. Before the sandwich, I hadn't eaten since breakfast and that just juice and oatmeal. Reading another review about employees handling food with dirty gloves makes me not want to return to this location . Clearly, proper sanitation is not a priority.

Please have the sub makers change their gloves after wiping down the counter with a rag. Please have them change their gloves after ringing up food. Please advise the workers on when to change their gloves. Please or someone will be sick.

I went around lunch time and had to wait awhile for my sandwich to be made, but it was worth the wait. I had the #65 (hot portabella mushrooms, peppers, onions, white American cheese) regular size on wheat.

Got to be the best sub shop chain option. Piled high with meat and veg. Crisp and fresh. Decent chip options. Pepsi products (boo). Sanitation grade high 90's

-The store needs cleaning. -The employees and even the manager always look miserable. -There’s gunked up dust mixed with grease around the register and in the kitchen. -There was hair in one of my subs. Told the manager. No apologies. Just said they’d remake it. -Not coming here again

UPDATE: Got a call from Store Manager about the long wait times and offered a resolution. Appreciate the follow up and call. Changed my review based on this responsiveness. Still think they need to update their app capabilities but the store doesn't have any control of that. Background : Ordered a sandwich through the app. And not until you check out. Do you find out it's going to take an hour to get your sandwich. Sent A message to corporate about the situation and no response .. usually quite satisfied with Jersey Mike's. But corporate customer service and poor notification of how long it's going to take prior to committing to purchase are disappointing.
