My first time here. Food good. Question: who offers a BLT, then takes the lettuce and tomato off the order? (On ordering, I did not tell them to do so.) Got home to just then find out that they did that. Called and they offered to remake, which we declined due to time circumstances. Check your receipt/order before you leave.

It was my first time eating from here I gained a lot of knowledge from Ryan and GiGi. They sale bread for 50cents a day old and they make their own ranch dressing. The dressing is amazing to dip your chips and or sandwich in. The bread is so amazing I like it better than any sandwich restaurant I’ve been to so far! The restrooms are clean and the store is so very well kept and the music was jammin! I got a Giant 16” and cut it into 3’s I usually eat my sandwich throughout the day! Did I mention they also have their own branded chips! Amaze balls right I know anywho go eat here!Parking: Very spacious parking area.

The owner sits in the corner near the register, making awkward/ aggressive comments to the staff AND customers. Update.. Apparently this location is under new ownership. A huge sign was posted expressing the new situation. If the previous owner had been decent the company wouldn’t have celebrated this the way they did. I’m mostly just happy for the employees. The previous owner degraded his employees in front of everyone.

The best Jimmy Johns location in the area in my opinion! I have ordered online for in store pickup several times and it’s always ready for me when I get there! A mistake was made on a past order and the owner and his team made it right for me within 24 hours! They were all so kind and apologetic when I returned. I have never experienced such amazing customer service!

I went in 30 minutes ago to pick up my order, was assured by all 5 employees everything was in the bag and left. I got home and found out my chips weren't in there with the rest of my food. Food is alright but they frequently forget items. I personally prefer the store on highway 49.

The food was decent only down fall was that they added like extra vinagre to mine which I did notAsk for and my bread was soggy. And I personally can not eat soggy bread. But the sandwich was well made besides that one issue which I know will hopefully get better Thru time. But not bad at all.

Incredibly slow and poor service, I put my order in 20 minutes ahead of heading to the store at 12:30, to ensure it was ready and upon arriving and seeing a backed up line of people the sandwich was still not ready. Employees were moving incredibly slow.At 12:55 with still no update and waiting, I walked up to the register to which I told them I submitted my order almost 30 minutes ago, they proceeded to verify my name and then pull my tag to just now start my order. At this mount there were people who had walked in and gotten their food before me.It’s currently 1:09pm and I just now received my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with this location and service.

We frequent this location in Mint Hill weekly. While the food is always consistently good, so is the customer service. In particular, Ryan provides outstanding customer service every time we visit this store. He is friendly, accommodating and goes above & beyond. Great job Ryan and thank you!

First time trying Jimmy Johns and I was very disappointed. The sandwich was practically empty, it was basically just eating a loaf of bread. The bread tasted off like it wasn’t cooked completely. Overall just not a fan especially with how expensive the sandwiches were.
