This location has the most inconsistent quality of any Marcos I've ever had. The outer crust (original) is too big and poofy and the center crust is so thin its ridiculous. I ordered sausage, mushroom, and extra cheese on original crust. They somehow put literally double or triple the amount of pizza sauce on there and the slice was so heavy and undercooked you couldn't pick it up, it literally fell apart under its own weight like a wet noodle. Is someone trying to be cute or are they just undertrained and assume they're hooking me up? I should have known something was up being that the pizza in the box was literally twice as heavy as it should have been. Yuck. Count your days Marcos, there's a Toppers going in on Albemarle Rd. in the near future.

No as good as it has been. Please don't post pics of pizzas and your product looks much less desirable when made there, boxed and sold there. What happened to the toppings on a deluxe pizza? Pizza still good but not as good as value when not offering the same presentation as company advertisements.

Saturday, May 10th, around 3pm, ordered a pizza and the crust was uneven, thick and thin areas and the toppings were thrown into the middle of the pizza, nothing on the outer areas!
Someone needs a new job..pretty pathetic!

Eric and Sasha need a raise! The two of them understand great customer service! Also, they both understand the IMPORTANCE of washing one’s hands before preparing someone’s food. My family actually stopped eating there for over a year until we recently gave this establishment another try. We loved the food but could not stomach the disregard to sanitized food service. Thanks to Sasha and especially Eric, we have become regulars again. Eric needs to be trainer for your employees as it relates to food safety and regular handwashing. GREAT JOB ERIC!!

Have gotten good pizza and service in the past but ordering the last couple times this place hasn’t been good. The pizza crust almost goes halfway in and won’t be cooked all the way, inside some of the workers are rude especially the manager they just stand there not helping customers and saw them yelling at a new employee who just started for not being taught something and belittling her, stopped going to this location.

Called in an order for a large 1/2 Philly cheesesteak w/pepperoni and 1/2 pepperoni pizza for dine in. Avion answered the phone as though he was at home. He said approx. 3x during the order process “my bad,” I just knew the order would be messed up. 1/2 of the pizza had steak on it, one piece had pepperoni, the other half was pepperoni, it also did not have enough cheese. When I went to the counter they did offer to remake it but I had declined. Don’t bother with this location, we will never go there again. We will continue to patronize the family owned Rozoleno’s Pizza in the Monroe Mall, it is good every time.

Eric makes the service horrible! I ordered a pizoli with pinapple and peperoni. Hes like no, i advised i order this in steele creek. His response was we wont do it here. He wasnt nice at all. Needless to say i walked out without buying anything. I guess you guys didnt need my money just like target
