I want to start off by saying how much my family has always loved Marcos!! Today I had a rather odd experience with a DoorDash driver stealing my food and falsely marking the order as delivered. Though I tried to contact DoorDash and the driver, nothing transpired. After calling Marcos, Raymond and his team did everything they could to rectify the situation, even though they were not the ones to blame. I am so grateful for everything they did to brighten my night. This is why I will always go back to Marcos!!

Came in ordered pizza and 2 drinks. Got to the table looked at the receipt and noticed what I asked for was not on the receipt. They did correct it and didn't ask for the less than $1 difference. Went to sit down and the girl said we couldn't sit in the booth because she just cleaned it. ?. Wanted us to sit at a high top table instead. We sat in the booth. Waited for the pizza after 20 minutes because I kept track. Asked about the pizza after it was sitting on the rack waiting for pickup in the to go section . So it was not hot but warm . We were the only 2 dining in at the time. The kids working there didn't seem to interested in just doing the basics .it's been a while since I was in last time because of similar experience. It will be a while before I give them another try.

Unfriendly staff. Never smiled once. Received my order and thanked her , not even a smile thank you, your welcome, or come back again. On top of that $15.00 for a SMALL pepperoni pizza is outrageous and wasn't that good. Learned a lesson and will not return.
