I paid $12 for a large steak/cheese sub and got hardly no meat and basically bread and mushrooms. It's definitely not worth what I paid, and this was my first time trying Marcos. Highly disappointed and will never go back.

Everybody was very nice, especially Kaitlyn and our food is delicious. Thank you so much we will be back Joe. Not as much sausage on the thin crust we got two pizzas two large pizzas. The first one was lovely the pepperoni one a little lacking, but taste delicious and everybody was lovely.

Two weeks in a row now I received the wrong pizza. 2 weeks ago the deluxe pizza had veggies barely on one side, yesterday the delux was 1/2 cheese only and barely veges on one side. Also the pizza went from $17 to $20. Not sure what is happening there. We thew out half the pizza.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t bother wasting your time ordering from here unless you want to wait 2 hours for a pizza. It isn’t just a one time thing either. It happens all the time. Save your time and money and go support another pizza place in Mint Hill!

We ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and still haven’t received it . Called 3 times and was told it’s on the way . Latest story is a tree is down but according to google maps there is no tree down . Last time we go there. Too bad, we used to like it.

A few weeks ago I ordered a cauliflower-crust pizza. I waited an hour for it. When I finally went to the store to understand what was taking so long, they said they were out of cauliflower crust. But no one called to tell us that. They just let us wait an hour. Tonight, I ordered a cauliflower-crust pizza for delivery. There was a glitch in ordering online because I had to place the order twice for it to submit correctly. A regular crust pizza was delivered. $20. My children can not eat gluten, and I have the flu, so I could not take the pizza back there in person. I called them and explained there was an error. They said I could spend another $20 and re-order because it wasn't their fault the website was glitchy. So, that's the last time I am ordering from them. Merry Christmas. Thanks for the holiday spirit Marcos $$$$$.
