I give this location in Mint Hill zero stars. Ended up leaving after30 minutes with no food for my husband because they could not make a correct double quarter pounder with cheese. The second attempt arrived with half a cup of Big Mac sauce on it!!! Then the multiple managers said it would be an additional ten minutes to make another…….. This place literally cussed me out at the window . I’m beyond disgusted with the idiots that work here and get away with it! I’d love it if the owner would contact me!!
I tried to call and speak to a manager but nobody answers. We came through the drive thru and ordered 2 blueberry muffins, a large drink, a medium drink, and a kids meal. The guy at the drive thru handed is 2 drinks and the kids meal and told us to have a nice day. When he noticed we were still at the window he came back & we asked about our Blueberry muffins.
