They don’t understand English well. I just tossed a whole large French fry it was so greasy. After I ordered extra crispy. I’m tired of paying $15 for a meal and tossing 1/3 in the garbage. Time to eat other places. I used to like it there but the new staff is horrible

Me and my mom went to this McDonald’s a while ago maybe 2 weeks ago. We get to the speaker and they take forever to answer( the drive through was only 2 cars including us) once they finally respond they took our order but you could tell they had an attitude. When we got to the window this old Hispanic lady spoke to my mom very rudely and she tried fighting with us. We didn’t pay and didn’t get our food and we left to go to another location. Terrible customer service.
Stale biscuits. Horrible service no etiquette whatsoever. I've been going to this mcdonald's since it opened. Horrible.

Food is GOOD for the most time but they are Very SLOW!!! IT TAKES THEM FOR EVER TO MAKE YOUR ORDER! LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT HAVE THE STAFF TO PULL IT TOGETHER !

Took my order at the drive thru and then I waited at the window for pick up for ten minutes. I finally just drove off. Nothing in the whole store takes ten minutes to cook. There was no one in the lobby. It's like they took my order and went on break. I'm glad I see it's not just me. They've got a problem.
