Me and my mom went to this McDonald’s a while ago maybe 2 weeks ago. We get to the speaker and they take forever to answer( the drive through was only 2 cars including us) once they finally respond they took our order but you could tell they had an attitude. When we got to the window this old Hispanic lady spoke to my mom very rudely and she tried fighting with us. We didn’t pay and didn’t get our food and we left to go to another location. Terrible customer service.

Food is GOOD for the most time but they are Very SLOW!!! IT TAKES THEM FOR EVER TO MAKE YOUR ORDER! LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT HAVE THE STAFF TO PULL IT TOGETHER !

Took my order at the drive thru and then I waited at the window for pick up for ten minutes. I finally just drove off. Nothing in the whole store takes ten minutes to cook. There was no one in the lobby. It's like they took my order and went on break. I'm glad I see it's not just me. They've got a problem.

The employees are always fighting with each other. They don’t care if people hear them. They constantly park cars and orders take five mins longer. The people who there just don’t care about working or making a sandwich that looks like a sandwich cheese everywhere. They need a whole new staff with respect

I know it’s McDonald’s so I don’t have high hopes for much here but I have come to this location twice because the app sent my order here instead of the one by my house. However there has been no one in the drive through at all and yet we still have to pull up or park. Then they don’t even bring me whole order. Just really subpar here

I have been eating at this McDonald's for years and actually worked there in the early 90s and I have been very impressed by the overall accuracy of the food and service. Very rarely do I have any type of mess up there and everything always goes very smoothly.
