OMG what a drop in quality.
Flavourless and over priced.
Now we recall why we haven't ordered from here in 3 years.
Yuck, yuck and triple yuck...
Like middle school pizza...
Hawaiian and plain cheese ordered...
A couple bites then off the trash bin.

Carryout fast food pizza. What else can you say? Not gourmet, not frozen boxed pizza from a grocery store. Better taste and quality for what you pay than their competition.

The treatment from a short-haired blonde girl, I believe the store manager, was horrible. Someone mentioned a name, and the woman started yelling profanities at the person in front of all the customers. The woman apologized for no reason because she didn't say anything bad! This young woman is very rude to everyone, and we treat regular customers and DoorDash drivers.
I don't know how they have someone with such a bad temper working with customers.

The Pizza Wings are really good. I ordered 16 16 counts of pizza wings cooked well done at 11:59pm this past sunday, I know it was frustrating for the staff, especially after refusing to tip them for all their hard work. Despite that fact, when I went to pick up my wings at 4 am they were still very fresh, warm, and J U I C Y. They even let me dine in after the store was closed, the manager was kind enough to let me spend the night there as well. 🙏 Every person who walks into that store tells me they feel like a part of a PIZZA FAMILY. Everyone belongs🍕

I’ve been to a lot of papa John’s before and this one is BY FAR!!!!! One of the best ones. I remember one day I was with my friend and we were hungry for the Pizza and papa John’s was near by😎. So we went there and they greeted us with a nice smile and tone of voice. We got our steaming hot pizza pretty quickly 🤤. It was perfectly sauced and cheeseburger. (Typo I meant cheesed) but if I could I would rate this 8.7/5 if I could 😎. This is a papa John’s that does BETTER.

When did they stop giving the garlic butter sauce unless you ask for it? Its been awhile since I've eaten here but they used to give you like one with every pizza or side. So that's disappointing getting home and finding out I have none, also the pizza and breadsticks were dry and bland. Do better papa johns

I usually get dominos pizza but I have been so disappointed with them. My son had gotten a Papa John's pizza when visiting from Florida. I liked it. So I ordered one . It was made perfect. The ingredients were fresh and good quality. I will be going back.

I recently ordered a pizza over the phone from the Papa John’s location in Mint Hill, and the experience was very disappointing. I specifically asked for light tomato sauce, extra cheese, and for the pizza to be well done. Instead, the pizza came with normal tomatoes on top, which I didn’t ask for, and there were large bubbles all over the pizza. My kids didn’t like it at all, and I felt like I wasted both my time and money.

On top of that, the customer service was terrible when I went to pick up the pizza. The employee was rude and ignored the customers, talking to someone else instead of paying attention to those waiting in the store.

This is the last time I’ll be ordering from this location. Very disappointed!

When I came to pickup an order, the young lady asked me what the name was for. I told her and she said it wasn't ready yet. OK. Then about 3 minutes later, it was ready and on the waiting rack. I waited another 2 minutes. I asked if it was ready and the young lady yelled at me. The young man with headphones could of given it to me, but he was pre-occupied within headset on. Very disrespectful attitudes and service. Learn to be more respectful towards customers.

The free delivery is a scam. You are given discounts that take you below the $24 you need to get the free delivery. I added 3 extra topping and never hit the $24 limit needed for the free delivery. Then the $5 is added back on. Add the tip and I'm at $30. When originally I was just spending $17. lMAO! Got me. Then The pizza showed up on time and cold. I ask that the pizza be hand delivered. The pizza never said deliver on the tracking before I heard the car pulled off and found my pizza on the ground. Wtf! It was cold and soggy. And the gummy because I put it in the microwave to reheat. That is the last time I give Papa John's a try. I filled out the complaint on line and asked for a call. I wait till 1pm the next day and called them, just for the Manager to tell me that it's no way that the pizza was cold. My reply was that I make over $90k a year and there are plenty of pizza options that I wouldn't be calling if I was satisfied with my pizza. I could tell in her tone that she wasn't happy with the fact that I called. Do better. 2.9 review rate and dropping fast. Refund given. I offered the pizza back. It was not edible. She told me to throw it away. Throw the whole location away please.

My 1st regret, didn't read online reviews prior to driving to this establishment. Secondly ordered a 12 " two topping pizza, which I'll return tomorrow. Slices were pieced together appearing to be prepared adequately. Abdominal pain ensued within an hour of ingesting the ground beef/italian sausage, mixed style crusts. Never again.
