Placed an online order for 2 medium pepperoni pizzas. My fault for rushing out of the door without checking, but one pizza had 2 slices with virually nothing on them. I'm sure someone saw it before it went in the box. The second pizza was also on the dry side. I should have expected this when my order was ready in 5 minutes. This will be my last Papa John's order.

Come on team, you have so do better!!! Pizza shows up SO thin I can’t pick it up! I have to eat it with a fork because it is so thin and the weight of my cheese pizza is to much for the dough to hold. No I didn’t order it this way. This is now the third time this has happened, in a row, so it isn’t a fluke. Charge me for extra dipping sauces but when me order gets here they are broken open inside the box and the box is dripping! So much for enjoying that. Someone put the sauces in the box 3/4 of the way (open), they didn’t “pop open” during delivery. So disappointed in the quality, it used to be great pizza! There is only so long I will pay a very, very high price for a less than mediocre pizza. I will make the drive the Marcos moving forward!! Three strikes and you are out Papa John’s!!!!

Terrible food, terrible service, curly black hair found baked into cheese. Manager is extremely rude any time there is an issue. The only reason I've continued to order from this location is because my kids like it, as it's the quality of frozen pizza that they know and love. After the nasty hair I'm done, beyond disgusting and the manager didn't seem concerned at all.

Cashier/ Manager did not wash her hands. When I walked Manager was looking at Roku TV … That 70s show was the exact show that she was looking at. Line workers did not wash their hands.I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION .

There was a mix up with my order tonight and the manager on duty, I believe his name was Matthew was amazing! He was super professional and truly cared about our experience. Food is always great from this store!
Order on the app...15 minutes goes by and it says my pizza is ready and I head to the store to pick it up. I get there and it's not ready, so I'm like okay no problem. 10 minutes goes by and they say it's ready. It's not what I ordered so I hand it back to them and say it's wrong and they get an attitude. They say "we're gonna remake it correctly but it might be a while we are very busy"...the reviews before I came here were bad but I was like it's papa John's it can't be that bad...well I was wrong. None of the workers care

My husband order Papa John's for the first time in a long time. We are normally a Domino's pizza family. He wanted stuffed crust so we gave the location in Mint Hill a try.The guy dropped the pizza off and ran, we know why, the pizza looked half burnt and cheese sticks were dry.We live in Hemby Bridge and will be staying with Domino's from now on!
