This is now my favorite sub place. Everything I've tried here is excellent. I came in for my weekly sub and despite the busy atmosphere, the two ladies working were giving it their all. Although one customer was complaining about slow service, they handled the flood of orders like champions. The place is very clean and professional. Keep up the great work, and you'll have a lifelong customer here.

I don't usually eat subs but this place I have to say will be a repeated stop. Penn Station is definitely different than Subway because of the types of sandwiches and the ways that you can an get them fixed. I'm a lover of onions and I love that I can get them grilled. The price was great too. Since I'm not a sub fan, when I decide to have one I usually go for Firehouse or Jimmy John's but it's definitely a plus to have tried them because of their location, it's closer to my home versus the other two.
Our first time there. We did take out, after reaching home….our sandwiches had one slice of meat on it! Flat subs? Not good!

We had never heard of this place until we got a few ads in the mail. We both ordered a cheesesteak (no pizza sauce), it came out hot and fresh. Bread was excellent. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for having fries as an option!

We came here as a group of 6 on a Saturday at 8:20ish pm. The place had two people who looked like employees sitting at the tables. Right away I noticed the grill was very dirty and 3-4 employees stood around and didn't care. The overall cleanliness of the place is lacking. Floors were dirty, tables needed to be wiped, the kitchen/prep area had Halloween spiderweb hanging in it which made me wonder, how are they able to wipe and clean things with it in the way? The refrigerators were very dirty and looked like they have never been cleaned on the outside, so is it the same inside? I didn't use the bathroom but my kids said it was dirty (for this reason I went to Publix for the restroom). The food came out and didn't look appetizing at all. We ordered Reuben and it didn't taste like it at all. My sister in law had a Philly wrap and right after dinner felt very sick. I'm feeling unwell the next morning. I don't recommend this place. It's dirty and the food is not good at all. I recommend you go across the street to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's instead for a clean, healthy environment.

Out running errands and stopped for lunch. Everyone was nice. Food came out fast. So good. It's been a long time since I've lived near a Penn Station and I'm glad this one is close. Will be back for sure.

This location in Mint Hill knowingly gave me cheese that I told them was expired and then they gave me banana peppers and I told them not to as I am allergic. They also cross contaminated my sandwich with raw steak. I'll be filing a claim.
