I was very dissatisfied with my order. All I wanted was a personal pan pizza delivered but I had to meet a certain dollar amount to get it deliver. So with that being said I got a little excited about the food that I did order and I was ready to tear into it. The food was cold, the boneless wings were trash and my bread sticks were not even cut. Then I had literally a spit of marinara sauce in the cut for all the in cut bread sticks.

The employees here are always pleasant and making sure things are the way you ask.
The manager took my information for an order, only it was “accepted” the second time. Before we could establish anything, I was hung-up-on after asking what was entered differently the second time. I was given the response of, “I told you it was just accepted.” This isn’t my first time with “issues,” DoorDash should not be associated with THIS location; piss-poor everything!

You could literally see that the staff don’t use gloves while preparing food. Also, this dress look dirty as if they were never washed.
Looks so pathetic and unhygienic.
This is my second encounter at Pizza Hut and it’s so heart wrenching to see poor quality of service and unhygienic environment

Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to counter,although it appeared my order was already waiting. Mightve been short staffed at time?? Wings were good, and pizza was good too. I'll be going back.

Really slow service after an hour I called in and they indicate that their driver is just about to leave the store with the order. Last time I order from Thai place I’m going to clear out my rewards and cut them off. Update on 8/13/2024. I actually ordered again and the exact same thing happened. I guess this is on me. I came to the site to leave a review only to discover that I had already left one. Pizza Hut your officially off my order list.

Half my order was missing. When I contacted the door Dasher the company used, this MEXICAN named LIDIA, that could barely speak any English, wanted to argue with me about it!! How difficult is it to make sure an order is correct before you deliver it to a customer ?!?! Seriously???
