This is the 3rd week I have not heard from a manager to get my refund from almost a month ago for $2 Pizzas I ordered for my son. When I came to pick up myself and my husbands order, the worker let me know that they had sold out. She asked my name and I gave it to her and let her know my husband also had an order. She interrupted me and said the same thing as far as his return. We watched our accounts over the next few days, mine money refunded the same day and his never refunded. I called and asked for a manager and was told they wouldn't arrive until 6pm that evening and to call back. I did and the manager was still not available. At this point, its the principal, not the $4 and change i am looking for. I will be reaching out to their district manager and expect my refund as well. I could care less how long it takes at this point. I will never shop with this store again.

Place order online, went to pick it up and they said they didn’t receive an order under my name, showed the receipt and email, still did not satisfy my order. Manager was not helpful at all, didn’t even TRY to help with resolving the issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund, or wanting to place another order, I just wanted my order originally placed online!!!!!

I came today for the 2$ pan pizza special just want to give a shoutout to the beautiful queen with the locs the other beautiful queen that was working in the back and the two kings that was also working today, yall was super busy and remained professional as possible Yall did a great job today keep it up ❤️❤️❤️

I was very dissatisfied with my order. All I wanted was a personal pan pizza delivered but I had to meet a certain dollar amount to get it deliver. So with that being said I got a little excited about the food that I did order and I was ready to tear into it. The food was cold, the boneless wings were trash and my bread sticks were not even cut. Then I had literally a spit of marinara sauce in the cut for all the in cut bread sticks.

The manager took my information for an order, only it was “accepted” the second time. Before we could establish anything, I was hung-up-on after asking what was entered differently the second time. I was given the response of, “I told you it was just accepted.” This isn’t my first time with “issues,” DoorDash should not be associated with THIS location; piss-poor everything!
