This is the closest Starbucks in town, I wish they would build a real Starbucks in mint hill. Most of the time the drinks are made improperly or the wrong thing is made and doesn’t taste good. When telling them it is not good some of the staff are mean and will try not to do anything about it rudely, there are a couple employees that are nice and make really good coffees, if you really want Starbucks would drive a little farther to a actual Starbucks location.

It’s kind of amazing that I every single time I mobile order here, arrive 10 min later when my drink should already be ready. I watch people ordering in the store get their drinks before me. Today November 12th at 3:45 I watched one of the employees walk out into the parking lot to have a conversation with a customer after the customer left. As I watch my drink was sitting and she wants to give me the excuses of why it takes so long to make a mobile order I placed 30 min ago.

I asked for both drinks hot, they made one iced and I had to intervene. Both drinks tasted like milk. No coffee or pumpkin spice flavor. Bad location. Get better at making drinks, they’re not cheap.

I tried the impossible breakfast and it was delicious. I also had my favorite, White Chocolate Mocha with a pump of Toffee Nut. It was soooo good.
