I love this location. I go everytime I work in my office nearby for lunch. EVERYTIME AND I MEAN EVERYTIME, the owner, Hemant, always greets me w a smile. He's already getting my order ready as soon as I walk in or telling the employees my usual order (Tuna Salad). I told him , its not the salad, which it is always tasty, but its the service that keeps me coming back!!!!

They don't accept coupons. The sub of the day is 7.99. I just got this in a different location for 6.99 last week. They also picked the worst sub of the day options. Other locations provide much better sub of the day options. This place seems like they just want to provide the least amount of anything to make the most money possible. You can tell the owners are working there every day controlling every little portion of food going out. I will not be back to this location. It's a subway that follows their own rules and doesn't give you a franchise experience.

Employees were nice but that aside if there is an item in the board that's a popular order you should never run out subway is know for their meatball subs and to run out of meatballs 3 hours before closing is a joke then selling a combo and not notifying the customer drink machines are out of order is wrong. And there wasn't even sweet tea made probably won't be back firehouse is better

This location doesn’t accept coupons and the inside isn’t that clean given their low sanitation rating. I don’t think this location will be around for that much longer. It was great when it first opened but has gone down hill since. Look at Arby’s and Wendy’s down the street who just recently closed due to poor management…

Mobile order placed, it was ready for pick-up at requested time. The store was clean, after receiving cups to fill my drinks I noticed the lids needed to be restocked, and not a napkin anywhere in the vicinity. Two employees behind the counter in a conversation, I felt they should have not spoken about in front of a customer. The churro's were really hard.

Not a fan of the alley you have to walk through to get there. The store looks nicer from the road than it actually is when you get inside.

Last time my dad wanted to use paper coupons but they waited until our subs had been made to tell us they didn't accept those. The subs were okay, but honestly subpar for how much they cost.

Today I walked in with a coupon because I thought maybe it had been a one time thing. I tried to call beforehand to check but no one answered.

As soon as I walked in, there was a sign that said NO PAPER COUPONS. Glad it was said upfront but super bizarre for a chain, especially one that claims they aren't doing so well. Walked right out. I'll go to one that accepts coupons.

It’s literally 3 minutes away from my office space! Convenient, CLEAN, and quick service! And they don’t just slap your sandwich together like I’ve seen on some other subway places!

AND, they have the veggie patty which some places don’t so it’s my favorite go to place for lunch when I’m short for time!

This location doesn't accept any coupons or promo. Seems like a poor business decision. My bread was stale and the sanitation score was poor! I wont return and per the amount of negative reviews, seems like I am not the only one.

Hope this goes away and is replaced with a better option.

3 individual pickles on an entire footlong sub. I asked for more and she generously gave me 3 more. I should have walked out then. 4 strips of onion, 3 jalepenos and a splash of lettuce. I've gone here before and had a good experience so idk if it's a new staff or management thing but just go to publix or harris teeter.
