It's rather good and inexpensive to eat here. I enjoyed the few times I was able to sit inside and enjoy the atmosphere.

So sad to get a completely messed up order. I look at the receipt and it clearly says the order correctly. Yet get two totally different chalupas from the same combo ordered. Also had extras added and not one was added but paid for. Won’t go to this Taco Bell for a while now and recommend you don’t either til something changes.

What a joke. Just went inside, placed our order then waited over 30 minutes to then given my cup to find out they were out of soda. Not one person acknowledged how long we waited or acted as if they cared. Will not be returning.

this place takes forever, no matter what. I ordered a bean burrito with lettuce and sour cream and they gave me a rolled up tortilla will only lettuce and sour cream in it, like be fr. We were also missing a thing of cinnabon bites and my boyfriend’s grilled cheese burrito had no cheese or was grilled 😕.

I have been to this location so many times and they always take care of me!
We went there to eat breakfast this morning. This is the only taco bell in our area that serves breakfast. The hours state that they open at 8. We got to the drive through line and they tell us that they won't ve opening until 8:30 because they are still setting up. Seeing as my husband had to be to work, we had to take our business elsewhere. I don't think it is right not abide by the hours on the sign. You will continue losing customers if you keep that up!

No wonder fast food places r losing money. I tried to go in at 10:30am and the doors were locked. They came to the door and said u only can use drive through. I asked can I at least come in to use your restroom, NO NO not even I’m sorry but no. Customer service is not around anymore!!!!!!

I have no idea what's wrong with the staff here but they have repeatedly accepted my orders then claimed to be closed and have given my orders to wrong dashers and I only find out till an hour past my delivery time. Don't ever order from this location on Doordash, there's very little chance you'll actually get your food

Too bad I can't give this place a zero. Let's start off with my last 20 visits. 1 in 20 were actually made correctly. I hate it because I'm a big taco bell fan. So today, my wife and I worked from home. She ordered $40 worth on the mobile app for lunch. She spent the first 5 minutes speaking with an extremely incompetent individual who just couldn't get it through her head how the car line worked. I'll save the back and fourth they shared, but it was very sad. No clue what the hell was going on. So, the food. My wife's order was right. So I ordered off the Cantina menu and customized. One burrito and three crunchy taco's. Every item came with no chicken. Who the hell order's cantina chicken items and say's hold the chicken? Half of the extra's were also missing. My advise is to bypass the Albemarle rd (Mint Hill) taco bell. If you go, check your order. Picture of one of the taco's from today.
