This is the slowest operating Taco Bell that I have ever come to I have been waiting for over an hour to pick up an order I think the general manager and think that the district manager of the store needs to fire every single employee that they have and redo the hiring process obviously their staff is not up to the job

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through! When asked about our order no apology or acknowledgment of our wait time. They forgot a drink on our order that we had to remind them of as well. Very bad service. Maybe related maybe not but I’m not sure how someone in fast food can efficiently and cleanly work with 2 inch long nails.

Done with this, it never gets better and now it’s gotten remarkably worse. Used to be if you could wait long enough you’d get fresh food. Not anymore. Order online, go to the mobile line, wait 30+ minutes, and then get seriously stale food. Like inedibly stale. Gross. Avoid this location because all these bad reviews are begging them to do better, and they’re not going to do better.
