Taxco Mexican Grill Mint Hill

Tried this place out after moving to the area recently. The margaritas were good, and the service was prompt and attentive. The food, however, was just mediocre. When your food is delivered to your table on a hot plate just several minutes after ordering, you know it was basically microwaved (and possibly pre-made). The chicken in both dishes (chimichangas and enchiladas) was incredibly dry. The food wasn't terrible, but it was not anything special either. We probably will not be back, especially given other options in Mint Hill.

Such a nice experience at 9pm on a Thursday. The service was friendly and genuine. The prices are fantastic, and the food was very tasty.

I can't remember what my wife and I ordered but we enjoyed our meal except for our Enchiladas the beef one was a bit salty.

Everytime I come here, I always get a great quality meal with a great price. All the wait staff are very friendly and attentive. One of the only places I can get Michelada and a stellar meal without visiting the West Coast, and has been a go-to spot to meet up with my friends.

My favorite meal is the Enchilada a La Tia. Try their big Margaritas!
