I ordered food and was completely disgusted as I watched the staff prepping other people’s food and mine! There was a young man bitting his finger nails and spitting them out around food ! No gloves !
After I requested a refund, the supervisor or manager on duty seem to catch an attitude. I don’t not recommend this location at all and most likely won’t ever return to Zaxbys!!!!
My food was old and dried out, Atmosphere to cold to dine in for my first time so disappointed from what I’ve been told I love wing Zaby’s get it together 🥹🙄😖

Strange operation. Only allows drive through in the middle of the day (no signage indicating this). Mobile app ordering fails when you try to checkout here.

I placed an order through their app, then about 20 minutes later went through the drive through to pick it up. I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before getting my food. Once I received the food, the chicken tenders reeked of cigarette smoke and tasted horrible. I won't be visiting this location again.

I sure would like to speak to the franchise owner of this location - they are probably bleeding money at this location and wondering why.. I’d love to tell them. I tried to give the restaurant my business tonight, but unfortunately the employees decided to all go on break and turn off all the lights. Not making this up. Wait times are RIDICULOUS. I ordered an hour ago and I have been waiting my entire break for my food. You can’t walk in the store they are only taking online or drive thru orders but they don’t answer the phones and drive thru wait times are about 20 minutes per car. New management is needed ASAP

Pulled up at 9pm was told they only had boneless wings. Nothing else. No sides no drinks. Like. At that point you should just be closed. Chicken tasted old or was fried in old oil. I wouldn’t bother.

I have been coming to this zaxbys for lunch in one way or another regularly for over 10 years, making me a routine recurring customer. I have seen the quality of service deteriorate significantly, especially in the past few months. Today I decided to make this review because an employee was rude to me. Elizabeth K, at the drive through window (because they closed the inside for some reason, probably not enough staff at lunchtime). I just want to state: when your location is under staffed, hiring LOW quality employees is not the answer or solution you are looking for. It only makes people move away from your business even more.

Waited 15 minutes for a 12 dollar salad only to have the chicken be severely undercooked. This isn't 2010, the prices are too high for this to happen. Please don't come here.

The cost is around 10$ per person. The food (3 nibblers) tasted great and was filling. The interior looks fancy and beautiful and little things like the prices not being updated (3 dollars off) ruin the vibe.
