Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Pulled up at 9pm was told they only had boneless wings. Nothing else. No sides no drinks. Like. At that point you should just be closed. Chicken tasted old or was fried in old oil. I wouldn’t bother.

I have been coming to this zaxbys for lunch in one way or another regularly for over 10 years, making me a routine recurring customer. I have seen the quality of service deteriorate significantly, especially in the past few months. Today I decided to make this review because an employee was rude to me. Elizabeth K, at the drive through window (because they closed the inside for some reason, probably not enough staff at lunchtime). I just want to state: when your location is under staffed, hiring LOW quality employees is not the answer or solution you are looking for. It only makes people move away from your business even more.

Waited 15 minutes for a 12 dollar salad only to have the chicken be severely undercooked. This isn't 2010, the prices are too high for this to happen. Please don't come here.

The cost is around 10$ per person. The food (3 nibblers) tasted great and was filling. The interior looks fancy and beautiful and little things like the prices not being updated (3 dollars off) ruin the vibe.

My visits have been uniformly terrible. If I actually receive everything I paid for in the bag, I count myself lucky. The only certainty when you opt for takeout is that you’ll be asked to park… then wait over 20+ minutes for your order to be brought to your car by an indifferent teenager with no sense of haste. The management’s incompetence is rivaled only by the apathy of the employees they bring on board. At this stage, dismissing the entire crew and starting over is the owner’s only way forward. It’s worth noting that this location’s reputation in the community perfectly mirrors my own experience - ask anyone…

By far the worst fast food establishment I have ever experienced. This place needs serious adjustments to the staff or shut the whole place down.

Ordered two asian salads payed for them on line and then was told they ran out of salad. Manager states I can not get a refund at that location have to call 1800 #. What manager would let the salad run out , would you not order more as your getting low. This is not the first time having issues with this location.

I went to this location today (7/15) after work for a meal. Arrived 9:30p to find it totally blacked out. No signs were lit, including the drive thru. Saw someone working inside, so I pulled in. They said they actually were open. Ordered my meal well done/crispy. Said I was willing to wait. Inside of a minute, I got my food. When I asked if it was well done, the cleak said yes. It was not. Closing a restaurant early and not cooking because you want to go home on time is not a good look.

This has to be the worst Zaxby’s location ever. Terrible customer service, slow as hell getting your order and employees are more interested in their cell phone than waiting on the customers. Waited 35 minute minutes for an order of chicken fingers and after waiting the 35 minutes, noticed cook just then dropping chicken into fryer. Unexceptable!!!!! They need to join the Wendy’s across the street and shut down!!
