This has to be the worst Zaxby’s location ever. Terrible customer service, slow as hell getting your order and employees are more interested in their cell phone than waiting on the customers. Waited 35 minute minutes for an order of chicken fingers and after waiting the 35 minutes, noticed cook just then dropping chicken into fryer. Unexceptable!!!!! They need to join the Wendy’s across the street and shut down!!

If you don’t get the cones further down to the front of the drive-through, there’s gonna be 15 more accidents people have lost their tire had their tires put up on the curb because you can’t back up get the management to put the cones at the beginning of the drive-through now or you’re gonna have a whole bunch of lawsuits because I’m sure we’re on video we can’t back up around the curve !!!!!! It’s messing up peoples cars
salad has rotten veggies, no toast , incomplete order, non working number and all for $28

The wait time was not ideal. They were understaffed. Management should be held accountable for staffing issues.

It used to be that you'd wait a long time(20+ minutes) and at least get hot food, but now that's not even the case. Inside drink machine was just carbonated water for weeks. They are already priced higher than other places and you will wait twice as long. The owners honestly should shut down until they can get the current staff more help. They can only do so much.

No matter if the drive through line is empty or 1 car in front I always have to wait so long. What is going on inside that I’m waiting 10 min at the microphone and there’s no one in front of me? Not to mention just a salad is $11….

Poor service, extremely backed up drive thru and only 4 employees there working on a Sunday for lunch when I was there. My spouse and I went inside to eat.
Waited on our order for two people 20minutes (Remember I’m at a fast food restaurant) and there was no one ahead of us in line but 2 customers were waiting on their food as well before we got there.
Drink machine broken but employee working the inside register was giving people cups with their orders and not offering to prepare their drinks from behind counter. We had to ask for our drinks to be prepared after discovering the drink machine was broken on our own.
Wings were luke warm at best. I was having to tell customers that the drink machine was not working as employee continued to give out cups with no instructions of this. Many customers who were there were disgruntled
And unhappy with the service as we heard several talking back and forth about their experience while we were there.
Same employee at front Register was also working to prepare food for drive thru line and taking food out to people in their cars and he was on his personal phone a lot. Lots of inappropriate laughter with employee at front and those cooking in the back. Poor attention to details. Apathetic.
I’ve had several family and friends tell me they have had the same experience here over past few months and that the drink machine was broken for them too.
Extremely disappointed because I really like Zaxby’s food and remember how excited I was when they first came to Mint Hill.
Will not be returning here. Honestly feel we should be reimbursed for what we spent

Food has not been good the last 4 times. Over cooked chicken. Why are you guys always out of zaxby sauce ? When we door dash u never send the sauces. Check the order and add the sauces ! The service needs managed by expirenced person. Slow service!! We have ordered MANY times and doordashed a lot. We won't anymore tired of orders always wrong amd it costs too much for someone not to double check!
