Horrible service, extremely slow, and the dining room is always closed. Just walked in there again and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not a single employee even acknowledged me. I was the only customer inside and not a single car in the drive thru. There was an employee sweeping the dining room and a bunch in the back not doing anything. I left and went somewhere else.

The empty dining room at lunch hour should have been a big indicator as to the terrible quality of food during this visit. Stale fries for starters. A chicken patty that would have made a Dollar Tree frozen entree look generous. Poor quality food in my opinion

I came in with my friends, we had a party of 4. Two of my friends foods were good, fresh, hot and came fast. On the other hand, my food and my other friends food took a lot longer and it was not really good. My friends’ fries were undercooked and unseasoned and my chicken sandwich was really small. The chicken in my sandwich was tiny. But, the staff was very nice and friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Wrong order brought out to me in the parking lot waiting after Ihad to pull over. Go inside and others were waiting for the correct order. I had to wait another 20 minutes while they cooked chicken for my salad.

Came here to order lunch for myself and my two kids. One kids meal was nothing but fries, I asked for extra seasoning on all the fries, and they had no seasoning on them, the bread was burnt black, and the food was cold. This place is horrible. I’ve been here several times because of the convenience, but I won’t be coming back here again.

People working complaining about how busy they are and they need a break? Felt uncomfortable. Chicken strips were like half the size of Tyson frozen strips… dang.The for real only plus was the cole slaw. WHY didn’t I read the reviews first?!!!!I contacted the site on the reply.... basically told them the same as this review. I'm not looking for NOTHING, I'll keep ya posted....

this place is god awful. they’d be better off shutting it down. they’re actual zaxby’s sauce hoarders always so incredibly stingy with the sauce when the food is always so dry…i hate that this place is the closest to me. my condolences to anyone who goes there expecting anything more than awful service and dry food. lol. stop charging me for sauce when i ask for extra and don’t get any and someone call inspection on this place immediately.

My food was just thrown together. The fries were cold and rubbery. I immediately turned my car around and asked for a refund . This place is ran by a bunch of teenagers whom could care less about customers. I will never return to this establishment.
EDIT** after reading all the recent reviews it seems like i’m not the only one with this issue. AVOID THIS LOCATIONOrdered a 6 finger meal and a funnel cake, after already paying they said they were out of the funnel cake and offered cheese bites instead which is totally fine. Was asked to pullover to the side and wait for the order to come out. Got back home and opened up the box to this … UMM WHAT?? Three chicken fingers and a few random what i assume are bbq wings (which is a waste of money cause i don’t like bbq) and no coleslaw… sooo upset by this! they were a bit busy so i totally understand if they ran out of fingers but at that point i would’ve just preferred they tell me and refund me my money instead of secretly giving me food im not even goingto eat … ugh please next time inform the people what you’re putting in their box without asking first lol very friendly people but just so aggravated with this

This location is a nightmare. You could be the only car in the drive thru and it still takes them forever to even acknowledge you.IF you wait around long enough to get your food it won’t be what you ordered. Avoid this location.

Staff get your order wrong. Something is always missing from the bag or given the wrong sizes. They are not friendly. They do not smile. No "how are you today" or "have a nice day." I always feel like I'm interrupting their conversation when I go through the drive through. No apology either when you bring it their attention they screwed up your order.
