There are always issues with this location. Understaffed, cash only, no soft drinks, out of this or that…. Sanitation grade is awful. The employees have the same bad attitude as management & ownership - they simply don’t care. I will not do business there.
Disgusting location, Bojangles should be ashamed to have their name on this building, close it down.
Manager was ticked off about something and made it known to all customers and staff. Totally ignored us and other customers standing at the front waiting to order as she walked by in a huff. Another gal finally had to come out of the back to take our order as we were all about to walk out. Manager stood out in the dining room with some customers (family?) and stewed aloud about whatever ticker her off, and complained about her job and everyone around her as loud as she could, causing a scene. The food was hot, but overdone and super dried out (chicken) - hardly worth the price or the show. It was my first time ever in a bojangles. I will never go back.
There were only a couple other customers in the whole place and it was freezing in there. Everyone was talking about how uncomfortable it was.
There was no hello, thank you, come back, no smiles or even here’s your order, just frowning grumpy faces and nasty attitudes. Worst customer service and management ever. And apparently no employee training. Place should be closed down.

Great food but above that, Gary was so nice. I honestly thought he was the manager. Rare to see employees nowadays with over the top customer service!! 10 out of 10

I spent 15$ only to have the wrong sandwich which I won't eat, and a bo berry biscuit that's burnt and hard.

Ordered breakfast through door dash like I often do, and today was horrible. They don't read the orders and didn't up size any of our order. I got the country ham and added cheese cold in the middle and the biscuit doesn't look done. I ordered bo rounds, and my son ordered fries he got the wrong side. I'm over this Bojangles

This location really appreciates military veterans. I was offered a very generous discount. But it’s the service and food quality that will bring me back. Very clean dining area.
Never liked it.
I went to get lunch at the drive through today, I got the 6 piece nuggets meal with a sweet tea. Food tasted fine and I drank almost all my tea but left a tiny bit in the bottom. I went to pour out the rest and I see a lump about the size of a quarter maybe larger plop out of my cup! It was yellowish with the texture of a thick paste but held together like play doh with a very unpleasant smell pleasant smell. I’m not sure if it was some doh that gotten dropped somewhere or mold but I can tell you I have never been so disgusted in my life. As soon as I picked it up and smelled it I immediately felt my lunch coming right back up. That was the most disgusting experience I’ve had with restaurant food.
Carmen, Armando and Scotland were absolutely amazing and I eat here all the time. Highly recommend!
