After I got home I discovered my order was wrong. Drove back to store so I could get the right order. Worst biscuit I have had in a long time. The chicken was hard and the biscuit was so thin it just fell apart. Made a big mess. Ended up throwing it away. Very disappointed. I will add that 2 other people came into the store while I was there complaining their orders were wrong.
I never have an issue at this Bojangles. I eat here pretty frequently at least once a week. The chicken is always hot and fresh. I love the fact that this is the only location I’ve ate at that serves brown gravy on their mashed potatoes.
