Very nice pleasant lady working at the drive- thru this morning. The iced mocha coffee is delicious as were the French toast sticks. My husband's egg biscuit, he requested plain, just egg, no sausage or cheese, came with sausage, and the hasbrowns were overcooked and too crispy for both my husband and grandson. I couldn’t fast food as a place that is a hit or miss with customer service, but this location made my Sunday morning! The food was almost too hot to eat, which is great! And the best part was the warmth and friendliness of Sheryll. From the drive through speaker to the window, Sheryll was kind, respectful caring about every little detail surrounding my order. That’s an amazing way to start a customers day! I hope she’s a manager, because she deserves that.

They didn't have morticia's kooky chocolate shake available.This is unacceptable because the ingredients should be there for the shake, and they should have plenty of ingredients at the store to make a lot of shakes for the month of October. This has happened before with this store. Very unhappy I did not get my shake!!!
