Our Pork fried rice had no pork no vegetables when I called lady had an attitude hung up on me I call back when she answered all she said was bring it back the min she answered .. so customer service sucks …so we did then she had an attitude because food was taken out of two combos because we were ready to eat and had put sauce on it and on top of that we had been sick and didn’t want to spread anything.. will not be back ever and I do have pictures if I can figure out how to get them on here … big waste of money and time for a $60+order and sure wasn’t worth 10 bucks that’s worst Chinese food /service ever….. go to China Dynasty you get real pork fried rice and a friendly face !!!

I have ordered food from here for years. It's the best Chinese food I have had in this state. I have no idea what people mean by the woman being rude because I've never noticed. She may be stressed sometimes. I'm pretty sure It's just the one woman and her mother or grandmother. One or the other. The foods awesome though. Sesame Chicken combo is my favorite. If she's rude to you then don't go back. They ain't hurting for business. Appears that those BBQ's are dropping like flies though.

I don’t live in NC I was passing thru my car broke down here so I had to stay the night and I found this place . Food is very good here and the lady is very nice lady . I see many people saying she is rude no us Americans just simply misunderstand other cultures and just because she doesn't speak perfect English we are so quick to judge her and say she is rude. Maybe it’s time to reflect on yourselves and see how an immigrant family pull 15 hour days 7 days a week just to feed their family in America! Respect her as a hard working parent hard working female that she is. Restaurant workers have to deal with hundreds of people daily it gets very overwhelming and long days draining you especially as a small business owner . If we like Asian food so much we should respect the hard working people that make it or any other people for that matter . If it wasn’t for immigrants like this family we would all be eating Macdonald 3 times a day 😂😂😂😂. I don’t even know this lady I seen here just once today and she got to the point quick and I like how she works it’s not rude it’s called working and getting things done. Lady whoever you are god bless you and your family . Next time I pass thru I will always stop and get food at this place support small family business please it helps the entire community.

The only thing worse than the food is the attitude. China Grill is unfortunately the only Chinese restaurant in this small town — and they act like they know it. We ordered three basic entrees, were hit with a $43 bill (should've been $32 even by their overpriced menu and she couldn't explain why), and got served bland, greasy food with crunchy, dried-out day old rice.The spring roll I paid extra for was soaked in grease and falling apart. And get this — they had no drinks. Not a soda can or fountain drink in sight. How do you call yourself a restaurant with no drinks??
The woman at the counter was beyond rude, like we were wasting her time just by walking in. This wasn’t a meal — it was a scam with a side of attitude. I've paid less in Raleigh and Seattle for 10x better food.
We’re disputing the charge and will never be back. If you’re thinking of trying China Grill, do yourself a favor: just stay hungry.

The LADY is rude.. always has and it’s ridiculous! I haven’t ate here in Years until today. Still the same rude ….. lady and the food was horrible Bland.. ONLY GET 2 stars because my egg roll was good and hot
When I went here I expected it to be at least edible. The rice was old the veggies were shriveled my chicken tasted rancid like the grease was so old. I do not recommend this place. The woman at the front is rude and unwelcoming and the store is old and rundown. As much as they overcharge for subpar food you would think they could afford to at least have the place cleaned up if they can't do it themselves. How this place can pass an inspection is beyond me. Zero stars is what they deserve.

The woman at the front is rude and unwelcoming and the store is old and rundown. As much as they overcharge for subpar food you would think they could afford to at least have the place cleaned up if they can't do it themselves. How this place can pass an inspection is beyond me. I called and asked the owner could I have my dumplings replaced, I'm allergic to pork.. and it didn't specify whether the dumplings were chicken or pork on her menu.. she wouldn't let me bring it back or get a replacement for anything else.. I wasted $10 and she told me it was my fault! Highly don't recommend! She does not have great customer service at all! It's very sad. Just worried about a buck. Never ordering from her again.
