If I could give zero, I would.
Walked in this morning and the girl behind the counter acted like handing us food was ruining her whole life. She slammed my boyfriend’s biscuit down on the counter so hard it damn near broke in half. Didn’t say a word. No “thank you,” no smile, not even a napkin in the bag.
For what they charge now, I expect at least bare-minimum customer service — not attitude and smashed biscuits. Do better…..

When you place your order you expect to get what you pay for. But if you ever notice they don't open the french fry boxes all the way. To some people the fries 🍟 are the best part, so if you would please open the fry boxes and give the people what they paid for. Thank you

My burgers were cold, but the customer service of the lady that took my order was immaculate. Tall Caucasian female, long hair. Very attentive to my order, repeated it back to me. Made sure i had extra napkins and ketchup in the bag which usually I’m never given extra napkin. Seems like the customer service is getting better now if we could just get better on the quality and temperature of the food.

The only complaint I have is they had a sign up out of lettuce. There is a Food Lion in same shopping center Couldn't they just walk over there and get lettuce. Just saying.

Well, when I first went in, there, was no one there but I got some great service, ordered my food and sat down and waited on it. Got my food.The fries were hot, cheeseburger was barely warm and the ham sandwich was perfect. I started to take it back, but I did not want to embarrass anybody. If hardee's would make all their food like they do their fries, they will be number one. Hot and fresh!!

It’s shame but this was not a good experience at all, indeed the frisco combo and a chili dog and was extremely disappointed, burger was ice cold and the chili dog was a complete mess and not in a good way I mean just look at that it doesn’t even look appetizing. Wasted $15 and my lunch break and there was no line so to have this poor quality at a slow time is crazy.

This was my first time ever visiting a Hardee’s, and I went through the drive-thru. The woman who took my order was incredibly kind and patient, which I really appreciated—especially since I was unfamiliar with the menu.
I ordered the Frisco Burger meal (no tomatoes). Coming from Texas, I assumed it would be similar to a patty melt. It’s not. It’s more like a sandwich with a hamburger patty in place of deli meat. Was mildly disappointed in taste other than the bacon... some of the best fast food bacon.
I also ordered a single chicken tender for my dog—and I’ve got to say, that was really good. I took a small bite.
The meal itself was solid. I got a large, but the portion sizes felt pretty modest—more like a medium at Wendy’s, especially the fries and drink. That said, the fries were tasty, about on par with Jack in the Box or Wendy’s in terms of flavor and crispness.
Overall, good service and decent food, but if you're used to bigger portions like in Texas, just be aware. I’d go back, but probably with adjusted expectations.

Very bad customer service and food, lady there is arguing with me that the food is good and fresh forcing the issue when I wanted a refund for uneaten food. Burgers are very dry and chicken was very slimy and she’s telling me that’s because it’s so fresh… like I’ve never eaten chicken before, what a clown.
