The place was oil up greased straws paper the tables was sticky it smelled really bad in there outside feels better then inside feels like you’re in the desert in there the service is absolutely disrespectful you can hear a man in the back cussing raising his voice the old women taking my order wasn’t listening at all she was putting random stuff down and in the middle of taking my order she started talking to her coworker bout what happen yesterday messed up my order I do not recommend this place food was not cooked at all pure pink and don’t expect you’re food to be given less then 20 min be ready to wait for an hr

Placed a mobile order when I arrived food wasn't ready the young man working the drive through informed me he gave my fry to the car in front of me had me wait I might be wrong but I thought that was the convenience of mobile orders wad so you didn't have to wait always something with this Hardee's in Mocksville

The cheeseburger was cold. The bread crumbled apart when I bit into my sandwich. I order a cheeseburger no pickle but I could taste pickle on the bread. Which I guess mean they just pulled the pickles off of one that was already fixed.

I tell ya the morning crew really needs to be the afternoon crew. I am here right now when we came in there was no one at the front they were to the side on their phones I could see them the heavier guy acted like he got mad because someone was at the counter. Then the lady that is taking orders went outside and talked to someone in a car while my husband was waiting to order two apple pies and now we have to wait on them which could have been done if she wasn’t outside. The gentleman in front of my husband actually had to tell her that his order was ready. This is not the only time we have been here in the afternoon with this shift and honestly their should be a manager here.
