I love Jersey Mike's so much that my family has a designated night for it. Their subs are so delicious. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere is so calm and sometimes busy but it is still a great place to go for a good hardy sub.
Parking: It is on the same lot as Jersey Mike's. Usually there is a good amount of parking. Wheel-chair access parking too.

This is the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service is horrible. They gave us an incorrect order and when my wife called to get it rectified, they put her on hold on the counter for 36 minutes. Save your money for somewhere worth it.

We’ve gone a few times since they opened and it was always a decent experience with good food. Tonight though was horrible. A bunch of punks working there who can’t be bothered to take your order or give you time of day. Won’t be going back until the staff is different.

Place an order for delivery. Again the order is incorrect. Call and talk to the manager. They will fix another one that we can pick up. If I had time to pick it up , I wouldn’t have had it delivered. You screwed up the order. Have it delivered to me as well. Just another crappy fast food place

My second trip. The service was just okay. No personality. But I am so grateful I came in to order than over the app. The lettuce was stringy & brown. Lots of brown! I mentioned it & the head guy with piercings in his face brushed it off. He looked liked he hadn’t showered & unkept. My first experience was great when they first opened. The boss young man was there that time. This time not very happy. The young boss man needs to come back!

I'm so glad there's a jersey Mike's here now. They have the best roast beef sandwich. Fresh baked bread, meat sliced to order, everything fresh.
Second time eating at this location, I ordered online got there at the time it said my food would be ready at, go inside and the sub wasn't even started yet, stood to the side for about 30-45 minutes, finally got my food took a few bites and kinda felt sick and didn't eat for the rest of the day. $21 for one

Visit #1, I was charged for a GIANT, but only got a REGULAR Visit#2 bought a GIANT, and there was more meat on the REGULAR last Visit. Visit #3 ordered a GIANT, at least it had some meat on it! I really am NOT sure if I'll be back. The Italian Restaurant down the road, at least you get fries with your cheesesteak!!!

First time at this Mocksville Jersey Mike's Subs location. All of the employees were polite and pleasant. The facility was clean and there was plenty of seating with nice, big windows to see outside and enjoy some sunshine. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I would visit again. Coupons help ease some of the pain of higher prices these days.
Dietary restrictions: They had UDI gluten-free sub rolls.
