The staff at Ketchie Creek bakery in Mocksville always exhibit excellent customer service. I am thrilled that they offer gluten free options! The staff, no matter who I ask, patiently, caters to my dietary questions and needs. Every time, I've visited, every staff member treats me with kindness and strive to make the experience comfortable and satisfying. The turkey ruben on gluten-ree bread was absolutely delicious. The portions of turkey on the sandwich was unbelievably generous.

On October 16th, I purchased a 9 in. gender reveal cake with minimal decoration and paid $85. The decorations were okay and the icing was okay. The actual cake was awful. It was very dry and crumbled so much you could not cut it without it falling into pieces. It did the same on your plate. You couldn't get a bite to your mouth without losing half of it. I was very disappointed and probably won't ever use them again.

They have the best sandwiches. They have the best desserts and pastries. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. But the layout of the eating area is odd and the hard wooden plywood seats are so uncomfortable. But usually I’m so busy stuffing my face with their delicious food so I don’t complain.

Great! I had chicken salad on a cross ain't that was delish. So convenient they serve sandwiches by the 1/2 or whole. You don't overeat, and you have room left for one of their incredible desserts. I had a cream horn that was a pure treat.
