Purchased a cake for my daughter's birthday. It was really good. Service could have been a little better, they kept overlooking me an I was standing there waiting like everyone else. One customers kept jumping in front of other customers asking questions.
The staff at Ketchie Creek bakery in Mocksville always exhibit excellent customer service. I am thrilled that they offer gluten free options! The staff, no matter who I ask, patiently, caters to my dietary questions and needs. They have the best sandwiches. They have the best desserts and pastries. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. But the layout of the eating area is odd and the hard wooden plywood seats are so uncomfortable. But usually I’m so busy stuffing my face with their delicious food so I don’t complain.
