i just moved up here a couple months ago from florida, and although i could never compare florida to a place like this, i do hate the slow service at this mcdonaldâs. almost every time i have come to this mcdonaldâs i am there for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru alone, now i dont work for fast food or anything but i know drive thru workers have a time thing that they have to meet when someone is in their drive thru, so that makes me wonder what this storeâs numbers are, iâm sure not very high. i hate coming here on my lunch breaks from work, and having to spend my entire lunch break waiting in the line of the drive thru to get my food, tell me that is not ridiculous. i should be able to pick my order up, and enjoy it before returning to work for the day. just a week ago i came through the drive thru and nobody even greeted me at the second window until my food was done, and this took i wanna say maybe 10 minutes, i watched everyone in there walk around slowly, doing absolutely nothing, even look at me, several times, and didnât even have the common decency to tell me hey your food will be right out.. the only worker at this damn mcdonaldâs that ever gives me top tier service, and i donât know his name but he typically works at the second window, hands me my food, heâs really joyful, always has a smile on his face, heâs dark skin with dreads, super sweet guy, he deserves a raise if anything, he shows a lot of work ethic, he is a hardworker, hell of a harder worker than any other person in there. hate to be that person, but letâs work on our service skills here please because youâre the closest mcdonaldâs to me and this is ridiculous i shouldnât have to go out of my way to a mcdonaldâs elsewhere to get better service.

$10 for 2 skimpy cheeseburger small fries and small coke. Ripoff
Came through the drive through with no cars in line and ordered for me and my husband, 2 McDoubles with only cheese and ketchup and got a regular cheeseburger. Wouldnât normally complain but prices are going up and want my food right especially if it wasnât not busy. Didnât think to check since again it was not busy

Went to this location to get me and my fiancé breakfast. At the menu speaker we asked for our meals with 4 hash browns. Then the lady on the speaker asked if that was all for us TWICE. When we got to the window we were handed our drinks and our food. Upon looking in the bag they only gave us 3 has browns and NO straws for our drinks. This is the second time this has happened. Im very disappointed with the service.
