This is the worst McDonald's ever! Twice on two SEPARATE times have messed up my order and the managers haven't cared actually hung up on me. They no NOTHING about customer service! I'm tired of this management it's all because of the General manager allows it. I run a store I do know something about customer service and I will not be back.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds in the whole world. The most rudest, nasty, miserable managers I have ever spoke to. I mean disgusting behavior, disgusting attitude, and barbaric tone of voice. You can bet none of my family or friends will ever return to this location. There is no way these managers have the capability or people skills to even run the register much less a MIT

Honestly this place is the worst. Everyone in mocksville knows this location will never get your order right. And whenever you try to get it fixed every employee seems high or half asleep. I assume it’s because they have a rotating door of staff but seriously, why do I have to take 10 minutes to explain to three different people that I paid for items I didn’t get?
The worst thing here is the McCafe coffees. Never order coffees at this location. They are complete tasteless sludge. How the hell do you make a mocha latte taste like unsweetened burnt milk?? I hate that it’s the only McDonald’s in mocksville but seriously, skip it and go to another fast food place.

The manager on duty this morning 12/10/25 a little after 10:30am was absolutely outstanding. I’m obsessed with the grinch and she did everything in her power to grant my wish along with my maxx coffee to go cup that absolutely makes my heart grow three sizes. You have made my whole day and probably week. I’m going to be talking about you the rest of December every time someone ask me where I got my cup and my socks. I wish I knew your name so i could address you correctly.

can yall like do better with your nuggets… every time i have come to this mcdonald’s and got nuggets they have tasted like someone reheated them 10 times over again, they’re always stale tasting, doesn’t matter the time of day or anything, i have to drive out to the bermuda run mcdonald’s just to get some decent food. do better mocksville.

On a trip home from visiting friends, I stopped here for my favorite sugar-free iced coffee. I spoke with Harley, a kind helping-everyone-efficiently staff member, who said she wanted to be sure it didn’t melt and made it as I came up to the pickup area. I appreciate her extra care and effort! Yum!

Not sure why every time I order a coffee it tastes like cigarette water (or at least that’s what I think cigarette water would taste like lol). The iced coffee use to be so good but I gave up buy from here. I’ll just go to dunkin (which is not any better). The people are nice it’s just the food and drinks that are terrible. I can’t blame them, they can only do so much.

This has got to be one of the fastest McDonald's around. They absolutely rock, especially the morning crew!
Waited in line to order for breakfast because the kiosk will not let you modify a big breakfast with hotcakes from sausage to bacon. We finally got to place our order only to be told that I can not order a chicken biscuit sub for a bun (which I have done multiple times at this McDonalds). I told her nevermind and ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. My husband saw I was not happy about that order so he went back up there to order what I originally wanted only to be told they can not do that and she would have to ask her manager which in turn she did not and ignored my husband. He was up there for over 5 minutes until I told him to just come back to the table. We get our food and the order was wrong. They put my McGriddle on a bun which I did not want, when I ordered I said McGriddle not sub on a bun. And they forgot my husbands extra syrup which he ordered when we placed the order. I understand places get busy but this was completely avoidable. And there is no reason for them to ignore customers placing orders inside.
