This location has been a cluster for the past year or so. VERY understaffed. So much so, the dining room is normally “self serve”. Online ordering has been hit or miss. We’ve just started going to Papa John’s.

This place doesn’t deserve a one star! Or any star! My parents just went there and they tried to charge them extra for a supreme pizza, a medium supreme pizza! This place was trying to charge them every piece of ingredients for a supreme pizza these ingredients come with it already because it’s called a supreme pizza! It’s not like they were asking for extra or other ingredients on the pizza!!! I hope you guys go out of service you don’t deserve to be opened because you guys are scandalous! I had to put one start otherwise I couldn’t get the word out!

Went there and there were only 2 tables with customers. Waited 10 minutes before they told me to sit where i like. After waiting 25 minutes, still hadnt come to even get my drink order. Would have understood if it was busy, but just 2tables with customers.

Usually order takeout from here once a month but lately the service and pizzas have been steadily declining. Yes we can still eat the pizza but kind of hard to share among 3 people when the cuts are like this

Do not trust calling in a large order ahead of time. I placed an order with the store manager. This was placed around 4-5 days prior to when we needed this picked up. We ordered 20 large pizzas for a party. I was called by the manager multiple times to confirm the order/pick up date/time and was given the total (thank goodness we did not pay upfront). When we go to pick this up 15 minutes before the party, we are told sorry we don't have that order. After looking more closely they see that the order was down for the following Saturday. Not only is it bad to have over 50 people coming for a party with no food 15 min prior to starting , but then to not have anyone apologize or even try to make things right. It wasn't even offered to start making a few pizzas to get things started. Poor reputation not only to us as frequent customers but also to the large group at the party.

Lunch buffet was tremendous and so tasty

Hannah was amazing, food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere including music was very relaxing. It allowed my husband and I to enjoy our meal. I really loved this lunch and we will definitely be back soon!!!

I usually don't give bad reviews, but I just received the worst service I can recall getting from any restaurant. For a Friday night they had a single waitress that couldn't handle more than a single table at one time and was so distracted that she forgot to return to tables with requested items. I ordered an appetizer and said I'd order the pizza when it arrived and never got spoken to again. This is pitiful.
The first time and last time I will order pizza from here. Pizza Sauce doesn't have a taste and barely no cheese. Looks very dry. Thank you for my experience.

Everything was great! Our waitress Chrisitina was so friendly and provided us with the best service too. Granted the restaurant was not too busy at the time we went, but I'd go back again and recommend this Pizza Hut to others. Usually when we order pizza elsewhere, toppings are sparse and I ask where the cheese is. Not here. We got large Meat Lovers and Supreme pizzas that were loaded with all the toppings and baked perfectly. This place IS the Pizza Hut I remember from the past!
