Sonic Drive-In

Ordered 1 shake and it took 20 minutes. Only 2 cars in drive through at 10pm. Shake was great just had to wait/ revising previous comment. Ordered today and they were quick and the food was great!

As much as i hate leaving less than good reviews, i have to do just.
One week ago, I was down and out with my 3rd round of Covid. Having not eaten all day, my fiance said about getting shakes from Sonic in Mocksville. Sure, why not? Cuz ice-cream always make you feel better.
She ordered me the Reeses Blast, she got the strawberry cheesecake shake and the kid got a plain milkshake. She got home, handed out the treats, only to find my blast had not one single piece of Reeses anything nor even a hint of peanut butter...plain vanilla. Her strawberry cheesecake shake was nothing more than vanilla with what looked to be about two squirts of strawberry flavoring on the BOTTOM of the cup. Not even enough to really make it taste like strawberry when stirred up.

Our receipt had our exact order correct, the staff on the other hand? Not so much!! Quite disappointing when you feel like you just crawled out of the morgue and just wanted that sweet treat to make you feel human again. Being 15 minutes from mocksville, going back was a waste of time and gas.

Again, quite disappointing when Sonic praises how amazing their frozen treats are and the first time in my life I eat from a Sonic, my order is messed up like i went to McDonalds. Do better Sonic, especially with something as simple as ice cream!!

Ordered 2 shakes and 30 minutes later had to ask where they were and then they bought them and no spoons and ask girl for them and never brought them and did not even offer my change back all around bad service do not recommend this sonic in mocksville n.c

Tried the new Big deal smasher combo and it sucked nothing like it shows to be and the tots just dill seasoning on them not worth $28.25 that’s for sure

lousy service, rude staff. mashed button 3 times. after 15 minutes of saying be with you shortly, finally went inside to rude staff after someone pulled into space beside me and ordered. said that they probably had a drink order, how did they know that and take their order? (they ordered 3 double super sonics). 4 workers inside but they are backed up. 2 cars in drive thru. 2 customers inside. 2 cars at outside screens. eat there alot, never again!!! hopefully they will loose all their business and close. rude staff. was there at 4:45 pm on 8/3. manager very hateful. may want to think about a different career. not cut out to deal with the public, and definitely not special.

You walk in the door and immediately smell must/mold, they can never get the order fully right on a simple plain burger and tater tots and takes way longer than other sonic locations to make your food, I've never went to this sonic and had a smooth experience. Food will be either over cooked or barely toasted aswell

I’ve been to this location a couple of times, each time, it’s taken a few presses of the order button and over 15-20 minutes to get someone and then wait another 20 for the food. We went today and went through the regular routine of hitting the button a couple times with no answer. We finally pulled out and decided to use the drive through, I placed the order and the server doubled checked what our order was, drinks, sides etc. We pulled up to the window and payed and waited for almost 15 minutes at the window for our food. When we got it, it was incorrect and I asked if we could get the side we were missing, the girl told me I didn’t order that, I assured her I did. She eventually brought us our missing side. In the end we spent almost an hour trying to get our dinner. We’ll probably be skipping this location until it can fix some service issues…

First we went through drive thru and sat for a few minutes with no answer. Then we parked and ordered with no trouble then waited 30 minutes for 3 shakes.

Ordered a plain footling and got back home and it was covered in onions and relish, how do u read a order screen and it say plain footling, and u go, oh let's load it with onions and relish... just saying

This was my first visit to Sonic in a long time. I ordered a cheeseburger and a slushie. Both were very good - I went through drive-thru so the service was quick, fast and helpful! Place looks real nice.

Ordered a reese’s cup sonic blast. Great balance of reese’s cups to ice cream. A little pricey - ordered a mini size and it was $5. There isn’t really anywhere else to get ice cream from in Mocksville at 11pm. They were really busy but still brought out the ice cream at a decent time.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant period.

They didn’t give me an entire meal in my order. I waited for 30 minutes. I asked for my missing sandwich and the girl proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me I didn’t order one, however she charged my card. 1/10. If you’re going to suck, don’t be rude too.

Went for milkshakes and they would only sell small ones, because of ice cream shortage. How does a fast food joint ration ice cream ? Service is dismal at best. Will not refer or go to this pitiful establishment. 20 minutes for 2 small milkshakes !!
