Sonic Drive-In

Went for milkshakes and they would only sell small ones, because of ice cream shortage. How does a fast food joint ration ice cream ? Service is dismal at best. Will not refer or go to this pitiful establishment. 20 minutes for 2 small milkshakes !!

DAMN THERE $1.99 KRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICHES IS A DAMN GOOD THING TO BUY IT'S WORTH THE MONEY AND THERE ARE VERY WELL MADE NOTHING FANCY OR EXTRA IS MAYONNAISE AND LETTUCE NOT LIKE THE OTHER PLACES TRYING TO MAKE CHICKEN TASTE BETTER TO ADD A BUNCH OF STUFF TO IT PLAIN CHICKEN MAYONNAISE LETTUCE IS THE BEST WAY TO EAT IT AND SONIC'S GOT IT TWO OF THOSE MAKE A GOOD MEAL WHERE THEY'RE TATER TOTS

Item missing from order and wasn't discovered until I got home. Their only resolution was for me to go back to get it. I wanted a refund.

This store is falling down but the food hasn't changed. The burgers are wonderful and worth the few extra minutes to drive.

Everything was perfect at sonics. The employees were very respectful and friendly and the place was very clean.

Parking: There was plenty of parking and the handicap parking was on the opposite side of the building by there self.

When the drive threw employee has the audacity to get angry bc she asked you to speak up and so you do. THEN TO TOP IT OFF I go inside to make their job easier and the manager and employee are talking shit while I stand at the counter 10 minutes waiting on someone to take my money and complete my order. They had no idea I’m the one they’re talking shit about. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Won’t be returning. If this is what service is like at this sonic normally, they should be embarrassed.
