Meatballs seem to never exist in this location. I've tried ordering several times however they always seem to be out. I was contacted via email by the owner regarding this but its clear that nothing has been done. Still waiting on a refund for canceled deliveries about a month ago. Subway itself isn't the problem, the leadership seems to be. Save yourself the trouble and just find a different location.

I purchased the meal of the day...the soda machine was being worked on by Pepsi techs...I didn't get a soda with my meal. They offered me a bottle soda if I paid for it or the difference. Which is unacceptable...Why are they are offering the meal of the day if they couldn't include a drink...the female mgr was snooty n offered no solution except I pay for the drink. I left withouts drink that i paid for....I've been coming to this subway store a few times a month for lunch...guess, never again! Your never getting a dime from me again!

Out of flatbread, Italian bread, American cheese, most veggies, and rude about it like it was our fault. Finding this out AFTER our online order was placed. To the general manager of this store…probably a good idea to get here and fix your mess before the doors close. We won’t be back…there are a lot more subways we can order from.

I tried to cancel my order and they wouldn’t refund my money. I decided to cancel it because they didn’t have what I wanted. Call me picky i don’t care. I didn’t want my order so I tried canceling and they talking bout some “we won’t be able to refund ur money because the worker already started working on the order” I payed for some steak and cucumbers and that’s what I wanted to get

There are two employees here that are my absolute favorite. They really know how to put the ART in Sandwich Artist. A young gentleman and lady are the two I'm not sure of their names. If there is a young blonde woman or a young man with glasses you know your sub will exceed subway expectations by miles.

A little slow and not much meat on the sandwich but the guy in drive thru was very nice and respectful and I love that they have a touch screen ordering for drive thru

I got a foot-long sweet onion chicken teriyaki tonight and the meat was so hard I could not even eat it. All the meat was dried out like it had been setting in there warmer all day. There goes $10 in the 🗑.

The drive thru is always off line and they want take your order at the window they say you have to come in if I wanted to come in I wouldn't be at the drive thru I found out they take it off line a employee told me this. It has happened to me 4-5times why even have a drive thru I will not be back. This has also happened to other customers.

Ok in my defense, none of their advertised/ on line specials are on their touchscreen! After having to ring for help, a very nice gentleman actually came out to help me order. He realized my problem and had to relay my order to the sandwich maker-Why isn't your order screen updated? Very limited options, preventing a satisfactory customer experience
