Was in there on my wifes lunch break from Walmart only one customer in front of us waited 10 to 15 minutes before we went and just got food from walmart the person who was in front of us was still getting there order there should be some kind of training on productivity where the associate isnt talking why the sub is in the toaster or microwave but working on another sub if you're in a rush dont go here to many other places in mocksville to eat

The sub (steak & cheese was def okay) but the mngr, Heather was great. I had a problem with an order and called to speak with mngr. Heather was great. She made everything better and handled it with professionalism and kindness. Only reason I gave the food four stars was due to Subway, not Heather. The meat was plentiful. Subway doesn't have the highest quality with their meats, simply put. Kudos to the mngr, yet Subway, keep working on your food standards.

The tomato’s where gross looking and the spinach was wilting and the lady instead of getting a new knife that had dressing all over it was wiped off with a napkin and still had stuff on it and the counter where you walk threw and order is all gross and can see finger prints on the

Walked in at 8:30 for dinner as they don't close until 9:00 and they had put everything up and wouldn't serve us.
Great customer service, went in with a coupon for three subs. Well worth the money.

I went in on my lunch break the other day and asked for a tuna sub. I said light pickles and the employee literally grabbed two handfuls of pickles. I asked for extra mayo. She put it on and I said that was good. She then proceeded to walk to the back to grab another bottle (as the one she was using was now empty) she then came back and began to put more mayo on. It's like she did the exact opposite of what I asked for. Other than that, nothing to complain about.. It's subway. 😅
