I want to give a huge shout-out to Mrs. Lisa at the Taco Bell tonight. Every time she’s working, she brings an energy that instantly brightens the whole place. She’s always cheerful, welcoming, and delivers the absolute best customer service.

My orders are always perfect when she’s on shift, the food is consistently fresh, and she goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels taken care of. Her smile and positive attitude truly make the experience better every single visit.

Mrs. Lisa is a shining example of what great service looks like, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her and we are beyond thankful to have her when we crave Taco Bell!!

This was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced.
The food was fresh and warm and full of protein. The drive through was extremely quick and service was friendly. I would come back again if I lived in the area!

I've got to give this store their flowers. I've been here several times and have never had a bad experience or cold/incorrect food. Today was no exception. I had a mobile order for the Cantina Chicken bowl (super good, BTW!) and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. When I pulled up to the window, the lovely lady working there told me they were working on my order and asked if I wanted a water while I waited (I hadn't ordered a drink). May 30 seconds later, her and another gentleman that worked there came back to the window and stated that they were low on the potatoes (but I'm happy with the amount in my container) so my order was a little light, he added a side of the fries and cheese sauce for my trouble. I didn't ask for any of this, but these kind folks made sure I was happy and got my money's worth. Great, proactive customer service! Thank you!

I frequent Taco Bell weekly due to traveling for my work and this is one of my favorite fast food places period. I have to say that this location earned 6 5 stars I'm giving them today. The food is absolutely great as far as quality and quantity, which I cannot say for a lot of other locations. The tacos I ordered were full of meat all the way across the bottom of the taco as they should be and they were hot. The employees followed every specific direction I requested when modifying my food. The service was excellent and professional, especially since they only had 3 people working. The dining area was clean and very welcoming. The bathrooms were in excellent condition and felt clean to use.
Highly recommend this Taco Bell!!

Found metal shavings on my crunch wrap supreme and my quesadilla. I than went to return the food items to the store and their manager( I presume) than tried to argue with me saying there isn’t any metal on my food trying to call me a liar. I guess he wasn’t educated enough to realize that aluminum is a type of metal. This was a very unacceptable experience. Not mention dangerous for your health. I implore you all to steer clear from this Taco Bell. They do not care about you.

It can be difficult at times to get the attention of an employee. However they absolutely know how to make the best versions of the available menu. They definitely have better attention to how they make the food here. It's noticeably better than other locations in my opinion.

Very concerning that my 4 year old that mind you has ASD can count better than the employees I've encountered every time I've been. I tend to oder multiple of the same item and ever time they leave out at least 2 or 3 items. Was missing nacho cheese, a cantina chicken taco amd cheesy roll up. I've been to other taco bells with far better customer service. I'm convinced it is just the mocksville location that is beyond lacking. Mind you it was almost $50 I spent.

gave the cashier $20.51 for a total of 16.41 and instead of giving me $4.10 back he was very rude and told me I should've paid in exact change and slammed the window. If he simply told me he couldn't count money I would've just gave him exact change.. I've never had this experience but it was rude and uncalled for.
