The food was disgusting. The fries was so nasty and old that when I warmed them they was still the same way so I had fries and could not even eat them. The cheeseburger was ok

Went thru drive thru 35 min ago ordered burgers 6 and had to sit n wait 10 min came home with food and the burgers are raw keep trying to call them they won't answer

It’s a dirty diaper in a shiny wrapper!!!! “Mushroom Swiss bacon burger w bacon cheese fries!” 🤷🏼♀️😷 I did try to get a grilled Asiago sandwich, but no grilled sandwich existed! Then on my burger I was told they didn’t have my cheese! So they put some other cheese on it! 🤷🏼♀️ To start…. Now the girl did try! She was! But at 1st given cold old limp gross fries & asked for new ones. They did. Got home w the meals & I had to throw my $15 meal away! Why why why!!!! Why do I bother! I tried A1! I tried ketchup & mustard! I couldn’t stomach it! This may be my last last last Wendy’s! I could have had chili’s! Cheaper! Made better!!!!! Never again! 98% sure I’ll never go back to ANY Wendy’s! My bacon was raw! Had to microwave it to try and cook it more! The Burger was sour? Gross! Cheese on fries???? What was that hot mess! Wait…cold gew mess! 🤮 I do not know why I try fast food any more! The cheese was centered and awful! Maybe I’m 100% sure! No more Wendy’s! I could have went to an actual restaurant! F me! We went through the drive thru and asked about allergies due to having serve allergies and there was an African American woman at the window who was VERY nasty and told us "I can't disclose those info!" and then we went to leave and the African American woman flipped us off. Won't be back! Can't disclose if there are allergens?? And then flips us off? NASTY!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The girl at the window would not let us finish, saying what we wanted to order. She was very nasty. She was cursing making threats, throwing food in the bags and overall just a nasty person, I will never go to this Wendy’s again, and I don’t suggest anyone else to go to Wendy’s and spend their money for such bad customer service.

Nobody was working the counter yet three people at drive-thru didn't even get acknowledged didn't say will be right with you the store manager had to help me.
Other places have better chicken sandwiches, and their premium chicken sandwich taste like a chicken patty.

DO NOT come here unless you want intoxicated people making your food. i worked here and watched multiple people make food without washing their hands. they put their bare hands all over your fries and nuggets. i even went to the managers about this one girl drinking on the shift, THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING . they had their friends that work with them lie and cover up for them. but i saw beer being taken to the back and poured into these cups myself .
