Went through the drive-thru sep 13th was told if we were paying with card that we had to go inside no bigge WRONG!!! We told them we'd be right inside parked went in and for about 20 mins stood in line no one helped us even though 4 workers were standing around and talking saw us didn't even bother taking our order. If your gonna tell people that they have to go inside to pay, then be ready to take their order if they say they are coming in.

The biscuits were delicious. The employees were upbeat and friendly. The biggest problem was getting out and the dining area is closed. My elderly father needed a bathroom break and for him getting in and out of a vehicle is tough. I would suggest a large sign stating that the dining area is closed.

Young girl taking orders was just very rude and impatient. Kept cutting me off by saying words âwhat else â. When I got home, I had none of the sauces. I asked for no napkins, no straw and no utensils. Truly upset with the Wendyâs experience.

The food was disgusting. The fries was so nasty and old that when I warmed them they was still the same way so I had fries and could not even eat them. The cheeseburger was ok
Went thru drive thru 35 min ago ordered burgers 6 and had to sit n wait 10 min came home with food and the burgers are raw keep trying to call them they won't answer

Itâs a dirty diaper in a shiny wrapper!!!! âMushroom Swiss bacon burger w bacon cheese fries!â đ¤ˇđźââď¸đˇ I did try to get a grilled Asiago sandwich, but no grilled sandwich existed! Then on my burger I was told they didnât have my cheese! So they put some other cheese on it! đ¤ˇđźââď¸ To startâŚ. Now the girl did try! She was! But at 1st given cold old limp gross fries & asked for new ones. They did. Got home w the meals & I had to throw my $15 meal away! Why why why!!!! Why do I bother! I tried A1! I tried ketchup & mustard! I couldnât stomach it! This may be my last last last Wendyâs! I could have had chiliâs! Cheaper! Made better!!!!! Never again! 98% sure Iâll never go back to ANY Wendyâs! My bacon was raw! Had to microwave it to try and cook it more! The Burger was sour? Gross! Cheese on fries???? What was that hot mess! WaitâŚcold gew mess! 𤎠I do not know why I try fast food any more! The cheese was centered and awful! Maybe Iâm 100% sure! No more Wendyâs! I could have went to an actual restaurant! F me! We went through the drive thru and asked about allergies due to having serve allergies and there was an African American woman at the window who was VERY nasty and told us "I can't disclose those info!" and then we went to leave and the African American woman flipped us off. Won't be back! Can't disclose if there are allergens?? And then flips us off? NASTY!
