This is my go to diner like restaurant near my house which is tough competition, especially with sun valley cafe down the street. The breakfast is pretty good and I really enjoy the Cajun chicken and lemon pepper pitas. The green beans are the sleeper hit at this restaurant. They’re cooked in a tomato sauce. My wife is a big fan of the calabash shrimp and flounder. The only negative I have is the interior is a little shabby and the tables could use an update. Certainly no reason not to visit though.

My family and I love AJ’s. The owners and staff are wonderful and the food is great! It’s our favorite breakfast spot and a go to for lunch or dinner. We go so often we know everyone by name and they know us. I highly recommend AJ,s to everyone.
My family has been eating at AJs for 5 years now. As a busy mom of 4 some days we eat all 3 meals from there 😋 The AJ crew has become very good friends of ours which started off as just a family eating at a friendly restaurant. The food is delish!! Some of the best around Union County! The staff is the best!!! Their customers become like family to them. The restaurant itself is always clean! And as a busy mom, who doesn't love the convenience of good food with a drive thru!!! The best of both worlds!!! Kudos to Anna & her family for making AJs the best restaurant around town!
Everything is awesome in the restaurant, food, service, and atmosphere, restaurant recently got a new paint job done inside, you should definitely check out honestly a hidden gem.
