Awful customer service. Called at 8:07 to order food for me and my daughters. They told me on the phone it would be 10-15 minutes (see my call log photo). Got there at 8:20. Line was long so waited to pay. Check the time (upper right on my receipt) of when I paid for my order. 8:24 pm. And then the wait was on. 10 minutes went by. Then 20. Then 30. Now granted I ordered my food at 8:07 pm. Check the time on the tv. I was still waiting!!!! Still waiting on my food at 9:02. And they would not give me a refund or discount. Owner was rude as well. No im sorry. No can we add anything for you. I finally got my food at 9:10 pm. I won’t be back. Eat at your own risk!!

I have gotten the burger combo several tines and the burger has been juicy and good. When I got the burger tonight it was burnt around the edges and extremely over cooked. When I called back the manager had no empathy.

My boneless chicken was so hard they made roof of my mouth sore. Fries warm, not hot. Horrible experience this time. The replacement was not much better.

The best wings in Monroe. If you ask for crispy fries, you’ll get crispy fries. The only crinkle cut I’d voluntarily eat. Philly is good as well. Took a star off because their wings are very small. I once had a flat the size of my pinky. For the cost, I’d expect bigger wings.
I was completely taken by surprise when I first ate here. The fries look light in color and under done. But they are actually crispy and always fresh. Your food is cooked to order and delicious. I love the option of chicken or beef Philly.

My husband loves this place! I can't eat here due to a wheat allergy but I typically meet him here with a "bag lunch". Pretty cool you can get wings and a sub combo!
