Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life there are a few African-American women there right now that do not know what they're doing Tuesday 072925 at 2:17 p.m. every one of these people working on this shift should be fired immediately I had to wait about 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru they give me nothing but bad attitude give me a problem when I wanted to pay separately from another person very rude overall just the worst place you could possibly go in Monroe North Carolina I would ignite advise anybody to go here avoid this Arby's by all costs

Wanted to try the fish since I heard good things about it. Well it was TRASH! Maybe if the food had been hot it may have had a better taste. Got the combo. The fish and fries were cold. Even the Dr Pepper was bad. A waste of $10

The store was not busy at all. The cashier didn't really know much about the menu. The cook on the other hand seemed to be running things from the back. Overall not too bad.
Ordered the classic roast beef sandwich combo, I ate about half the sandwich and immediately felt sick to my stomach. Ended up going to the ER to be treated for food poisoning. The cashier's were nice and the service was quick however I will NEVER eat Arby's again as long as I live.

Definitely had amazing customer service and I love the location. I wish my sandwich was prepared fresh and hot. Please keep up the great customer service though. The last Arby's i went to was not so great!
