Used drive thru for my 13 yr old grandson. He had chicken biscuit and hash browns and iced tea. He loves it. I'm not a biscuit fan so I can't supply any input. The staff was professional and friendly.

I noticed some New Employees I know Donna & Ronnie who I’ve seen since I been coming for the past week now and they both do excellent jobs I see they work as a team and I notice Donna the biscuit maker whose always with a great attitude and very polite and a very good team player Donna & Ronnie names I hear a lot at this Bojangles when they need something cooked and I see they don’t complain and there very fast at what they do they always working I very seldom see them standing around when the other employees just play and not take there job very seriously I see the other employees hovering over the drive thru when it’s work to be done there need to be some changes made because Donna & Ronnie they get the job done and there very persistent and always doing what a team player does on a job I would recommend Donna & Ronnie at my store or restaurant any day because I know the job would be done

They gave me a piece of breath that looked 3 days old had them cook me a fresh piece because she said that was the last brest piece they had then she brought me a thigh instead of a brest if you don't know your chicken at a chicken restaurant well please go work at McDonald's

Food I picked up was super hard fried, and the chicken was obviously not fresh. No lemon or lemon packets for the tea. Definitely a much worse experience compared to other Bojo’s.

Edit: my food was brought out to me at 11:45. The employee apologized for the wait and was very nice. Even said she made sure to switch out my Bo rounds because she noticed it had been sitting and getting cold. 2 star review changed to 5. They made it right and I believe in second chances.
I have been going to this restaurant for years. But today I had an experience I will not forget. I did curbside pickup. It’s the day after Christmas so I expect wait times to be extra. No problem. I call and tell them I am here. They say they will be right out. The app says my food is ready at 11:07. At 11:30 I call again to see how much longer it will be and make sure they didn’t forget because I know that can happen. I did not raise my voice or have an attitude. I just called to ask. The person on the other end cuts me off and starts going on me about how they are short handed and will bring it out when they can; once it’s packed. It is now 11:40. The app said my food was ready at 11:07. I still have no food and I have a bad taste in my mouth for the customer service. I have seen 10 cars go through the drive through since I’ve been here. I only ordered two meals. Not even any customizations. I am very displeased with the customer service.

Let me just say I will not be coming back I order 2 cajun chicken biscuits and two cut your ham biscuits and two large bow rounds And I paid $26.41 and I only got two large bowel rounds and two cajun of chicken biscuits I never got my two country ham biscuits and I live all the way in Wingate. I will not be coming back to your store.

2 times in the past 2 weeks they forgot to put fries with my order. What makes it even worse is when you spend almost $50 to eat with your family and you don’t have everything you paid for. Staff needs to be fired!
