One of worst experiences at a chicken restaurant. 4:30 on Sunday and asked for extra rice with my combo. Had to go in to get because it was left out. OMG if I had gone in first I would have never order they were out of EVERYTHING pretty much!!! The front was just nasty looking, Dirty empty pans and they was scraping the bottom to get rice ughhhhhh!!! There’s no way a restaurant frontline should look like that. Do better but I won’t be back to see if you do!!!!

People are always very friendly and my order is always correct. My biscuits are never crunchy. Generally the food is always fresh. I mean this location is so good that I dont go to other locations because all the other locations I've been to give me burnt bisquits and soggy rounds

How do you go to a chicken joint and they have no chicken ready?? They took my order...9 piece Bo Bites. Waited about 10 minutes then was told it would be 3 more minutes, all good...about 15 minutes later was told they had no Bo Bites. So I asked for just regular chicken and they had none of that as well! At least they refunded my money and the manager apologized. I will never go back to this location.

Showed up at 9:25 for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and was told I couldn't have egg because the grill was already cleaned. The restaurant doesn't close till 10pm. Extremely disappointing, and not sure when this became the new normal. Not supposed to clean grills until close.

They have really gotten better over the last couple years. They had a great sanitation rating and the service Personnel are extremely nice
