Ordered a chicken sandwich and Fries. The fries looked like they weren’t cooked. The chicken sandwich looks like they put a tender in it.

Drive Thru. Ordered breakfast biscuits, BoBerries, & tender meal all with teas. There was a bit of a wait, staff was friendly, I did have to remind them I was short a drink & after I drove off I discovered we were short a fry. Overall food was good, but for some reason some teas tasted more watered down/less sweet than others.

I had to wait over 45 minutes for my mobile order after the staff told me they didn't have a mobile order. They addressed other people who had arrived after me, even after I had provided proof of the order and the time on the order. After checking the order multiple times they still provided the wrong fries. The drink machine was out of multiple drinks the root beer sprayed everywhere causing a big mess.

I believe this location is also severely understaffed, contributing to the issues I faced today. Bojangles corporate, please help these folks out.

The white lady that’s managing is rude. We turned around because they forgot our ice tea, the proceeded to forget the straw and yells BYE! With an attitude even though she wasn’t at the window when we first rode through. We used manners when talking to the workers so the attitude was for no reason.
