The ice cream is always fresh and delicious! I love that the flavors change so it so much to try. I also like that it is easy to get your $5 rewards after a few short visits/purchases.
Amazing flavors. Have made waffle cones.
Brusters ice cream is okay. But COLD STONE CREAMERY'S Ice Cream taste so much better.
Bruster's never disappoints.
Will never come to this location again I had 2 bad experiences order a cake on July 29th came and picked it up and was told they did not have it and got a different cake, then on August 1st I had placed a new order for a cake picked up on the 3rd and gave me the cake I was supposed to get on July 29th and ended up leaving with no cake today horrible service .
Today I visited Brustel Ice Cream and unfortunately found a hair in my ice cream. I let the staff know, but no one even apologized. This was very disappointing. I won’t be coming back unless your customer service improves. Cleanliness and respect for customers should be a priority.
The ice cream was only ok, and the staff was extremely rude.
Great service. The lady who helped me was such an angel 🤍
The flavors Turtle and Fudge Ripple are delicious !
Bruster’s Ice Cream brought back childhood memories I remember seeing this spot when I was a kid before moving away. Being back in the area and watching my own child enjoy some ice cream while I enjoyed some Italian ice late in the evening felt nostalgic. The service was good, and there were no complaints about our orders. A sweet experience all around.

Great ice cream, no corn syrup maybe one of the last places that make real icecream
Thank you
Used to love this place last summer. My family and I would go here almost everyday. Then the customer service went down. Some of the drive thru reps are abrupt and mean. They don’t have non dairy ice cream anymore. Also your options are limited for lactose intolerance individuals. Which is really bad because they are probably a lot of lactose intolerant individuals that would love to come here for their nondairy ice cream options but they never have any and every time you ask him if they have any, when you call them to ask if they have bought back the non dairy products.it seems like you’re aggravating them..thanks for responding I’m on my way shortly to see what non dairy options. I just went there at least three time to check and was told that there where no nondairy options. But I love your ice cream it’s great.
I love Bruster's Ice cream but its hit or miss from this location and the ice cream is too expensive for a miss. I never leave a tip because tips are for people who give good service at a restaurant and make the standard $2.13 an hour. Plus all they do is serve Ice cream and that should not be that complicated. This location is closer to my home and this is the second time I have ended up with a very runny Blast. All the stir ins fall to the bottom and it is like soup. I ended up throwing it out. The first time it happened I quit going to this location and went to the one in Indian Trail. I have never had a runny blast from them. It had been a few months and figured we would try going to this location again and was good for a couple times but ended up with another soupy Blast...
I stopped around 4:50pm on a Saturday afternoon to grab some ice cream with son and friends. One for a regular sized cookies and cream waffle cone, my son got a small cookies and cream waffle cone, and I got a small cup of strawberry cheesecake.
The cashier was very patient as one of the kids kept changing his order, haha. I didn’t like that the cashier assumed waffle cone vs the traditional one. I noticed it but didn’t say anything as I’m sure the kids wanted waffles cone.
The small and regular waffle cone seemed like the same amount. I was very shocked to see how much ice cream came in the small yet disappointed there wasn’t a recognizable difference between the small and regular. My cup was the perfect size and what I expected. We all enjoyed one cones. One of the kids did make a comment about the lack of Oreos in the cookies and crème.
This was my first time here at this location, and at Brusters in general. I would return. There was a decent amount of seating, which is nice. It’s family friendly as many were present.
Really bad customer service all the time waiting long
