It’s beyond frustrating when there are 15 employees walking around, 5 people in line at the to go counter and no one jumping into help. After I waited on hold on the phone for a manager, no one came. My food was actually sitting there now cold. The manager Christopher came out and said they were short staffed, which they clearly were not, 15 employees, 10 tables, you do the math, that is not short staffed. Asked for extra sauce and never got it and never got a refill on our drinks!!!
And the table was still dirty from previous people sitting there!!!
