Listen. I went in last night with two other people. They sat us down. I never saw another person or had any interaction with anyone for the 20 minutes I was sitting there with no drink, no water, no one came over. After twenty minutes we got up to leave and no one asked us why or anything. I will NEVER RETURN. I went down the street to a MX restaurant and was immediately seated, and waited on.

This was by far the worst food I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Does anyone care about the quality of food they serve here. Hard cooked wings , the wings aren’t even tossed the fries and tortilla was completely stale. This place needs to be shut down.

We haven't been there in years!! And when we do there is no hostess but a sign that says "Seat yourselves " we're like ok so we sit by the bar in this high top tables but got no service! The bartender looks at us 2 servers walks past us multiple times & just look at us & we had to stop on of the servers & she finally told us the the section we sat at wasn't open. We'll it the section wasn't open for service why was it not blocked off or on of the employees could have say hey this section isn't open & we would have moved so needless to say we won't be back to the Monroe location ever again😤

Where do I start? lol When we arrived I noticed they weren't packed. I knew right then and there that our experience wasn’t gonna be great lol. That was the first red flag. Walked in and had to seat ourselves which was fine. Didn’t have to wait long to order, cause we were the only ones there. Aside from a family of 3. Ordered our drinks then food shortly after. I ordered traditional thai curry chicken wings. The thai curry was trash. Idk what possessed me to get that flavor but it was horrible. The wings themselves were so hard, that it seemed like they took a batch of already cooked wings that’s been sitting out for a while and refried them. On top of that the straws looked like they’d been chewed on and the napkins were nonexistent. I didn’t understand why there weren’t napkins already placed on the tables. I called our waitress 5 times for napkins. She was only two booths away from us, interacting with the family of three. While I’m a little aggravated calling for her, she’s over there playing peekaboo with the toddler. Finally got her attention. She brings the napkins. Couple minutes later we payed for our food. She asked if we needed any to go boxes and we said “two please”. She brought one instead of two and started playing with the toddler again. Flagged her down for another to go box when I realized we never got refills on our drinks. Service was horrible. My cousin left a $15 tip. I would’ve left 15 cents.

I wrote a review of this location before and it was terrible. Tonight I asked the waitress,Shan, if this place had come under new management to she replied yes. Honestly we could tell not only was my food actually good but it was hot not over cooked and most importantly we waited 10 min to get our food. We normally come here to get a beer and wedges that's it. However if the food and service that we received tonight is what we recieve everytime then we will be back to actually eat and hang out alot more. Thank you both Reshan ( hope I spelled that correctly ) and Chris for turning this place around before it was to late.

We order 20 wings10 lemon pepper,5 Teriyaki and 5 Buffalo wing they came out in 10 minutes so they wasn't freshly Cook And nothing taste like what we order. So I will never eat there again I will eat East Coast Wing over Buffalo wings anyday and that the one in Monroe NC don't eat there Buffalo Wings are Nasty..
This place sucks and no one seems to care. Placed a takeout order online, pickup time was 6:50, it’s now 7:30 and still have not received our food. Last time we came in, we had awful slow service at the bar, this was probably 2.5 years ago now, apparently can’t trust them on a takeout order either. As someone who has worked in a franchise restaurant, MP and management should be ashamed of how this place is ran.

Ridiculously slow service. Beer sat for 5 minutes before it was brought to the table so beer was hot, food was cold, waiter was unfriendly. This location would probably benefit from closing doors until new management and staff are hired and trained. Very inconsistent from trip to trip but past year or so seems it's been bad more than good

Haven't ate here in awhile but decided to give it another try. We walked in and waited to be seated but no one ever came to seat us. We decided to just sit at the bar and was informed they are all out of sodas and any beer on draft. Only choice was water, tea, apple or orange juice. We decided to have 2 bottles of Michelob Ultra and then was also informed that was the last 2 bottles. Very pathetic. We won't be back.

This place is pathetic. There were one other table when we arrived at 4:08pm on a Friday evening we left at 5:01 with only our drinks served. Half our order came but was cold waitress took it back and came back to us saying they didn’t have time to fix our food. Everyone in there even all the managers need to be fired.
