Your employees are stealing from you. I was at the drive through at around 10:20. The car in front(silver Accord) just took the food, never gave cash or card.
I like it. It's just that sometimes you have to wait a long time.

I ordered a Wooper with salt on the side and received a hamburger pattie and 2 pieces of bread NOTHING ELSE Not even the SALT.
Luckily I did have some Ketchup and pickles at home

I recently bought a spicy royal chx sand. and this is the second time i pass by the same thing the chicken is not cook it was like gummy from the middle hope they take that on mind , besides that they do have a great service on taking the orders on the window there is always a nice girl taking the orders

I want to report the night shift. It's a terrible service. They made a mistake in the order and they didn't apologize. This is a Hispanic girl. Very bad customer service. They took an hour to deliver the order.

terrible service. sitting at the 2nd drive thru and hearing them help multiple other customers. we we're asked to hold on upon arrival, we waited for 5 minutes while 2 others were helped who showed up after us. a lady came on the intercom and asked if we'd been helped- which we responded with a simple no. she then stopped talking to us and helped the other drive thru for another 7 minutes. ive worked in food for my entire professional life and im astonished at how terrible this service was. do these employees get trained for their job????

Sadly, upon my visit, there seemed to be a young lady training another young lady. I can only imagine that the young lady being trained was a young teen or early 20-year-old. Waiting for my food, listening to the training personnel state how annoyed she was and speaking in a manner that was very much disrespectful and so disappointing. I would say to that young lady to please give the person grace your training because someone once had to give the same to you in order for you to learn all that you do. If you're not patient enough to train someone else, tell me no! The attitude on Sunday around 3p ish was less than respectful. I would caution you to do the opposite going further. I just hope that the young lady who was being trained realizes some ppl are just not equipped to do certain tasks, and I apologize for her if you have not received that from her. You did a great job, and I appreciate your customer service excellence. Never let someone's ugly attitude change your beautiful spirit ?

This was an awful drive through experience. The food was wonderful, the best sandwich i have ever eaten from any fast food place, but 5he customer service was horrific, from the time they spoke through the speaker til i finally recieved my food thev2 young ladies were horrible. They desperatley need training and help dealing with the public. I dont think they should be fired, but if they dont know how to speak in a friendly manner, they shouldnt be allowed to be up front..they should be cooks or janitors or anything bu up front..some people are so hateful and dont even care. This girl that night should definately be sit aside and talked to about how to treat people..she had the ugliest attitude for no reason...and as she wanted to be nasty and argue her line backed up all the way round the building..i hope she had to work all night to get caught up...thanks
This is the SLOWEST BK on the block! Some of the employees show how just how much they hate their job, lack customer service AND communication skills. They should know that this level of employment is becoming obsolete due to AI... jobs and skills are very competitive... start where your at!

LOOOONG wait at the drive thru. Watch it when you order off the menu board. They will automatically upcharge you to a medium size to squeeze that extra 70 cents. Doesn't sound like much and it makes their bottom line look good, but if the sign says $6.49 and you end up
paying $7.29, that ain't right. I'm sure the manager is telling them to do it, which is the sad part. Rip off your customers, not much, just enough to not get noticed.

Grossest burger I have ever gotten anywhere, wrapper was all torn up and about a gallon of mustard and ketchup everywhere.
