Worse experience I've ever had there. Order taker got order wrong and was Very hard to understand so didn't know she had gotten wrong. Saving grace was 2nd server in dining room. 1st one that brought food told us she would be back with corrected order. Never saw her again. Second server actually brought missing items and ensured it was fresh. Hadn't been there since last reviews. This time service was excellent and prompt. Agent taking order was pleasant. It looked like there was a lot of teamwork taking place. I was impressed.

Didn't get all my shrimp and he tried to keep my dollar change
The cashier was rude, obviously racist, had no patience with explaining the menu to myself as a senior and a friend. The food was smaller portions of fish. She also yelled / screamed the order number out for pickup. We were polite. She offered no comment to us concerning have a good day . The only friendly associate was a young man working there . He told us to have a good day. This needs to be addressed in this day and time. We spend our hard earned at Captain d’s. If this keeps occurring, it will turn customers away
