Sat at the drive thru for a while and no one ever came on the speaker to take my order so I left. This is not the first time this has happened I don't understand why they never have anyone working the window. This location has lost me as a customer and I won't be surprised if they close soon!

I passed by on a Monday morning and decided to stop for a coffee. Shoutout to JT who was super nice and helpful this morning. The coffee tastes great and it was an overall super easy process with the drive through.

There a few coffee shops in the Monroe area so I decided to give Caribou coffee a try and I am so glad I did! The drinks and food are delicious and I’ve never tried a drink I didn’t like here. The service is top tier as well. Every team member I’ve had an interaction with has a wonderful and cheerful energy that makes me want to keep coming back!
I never leave reviews but I am so impressed with this coffee shop that I have to give them the credit they deserve. They just won a new regular from me!
BTW, if you haven’t tried the dark cranberry espresso shaker, you’re missing out!

Its 12pm. On a Sunday and Aparently they decided to just close, Yet cars were in the parking lot and someone answered the phone inside. Eventho online orders were able to be placed for pickup while the store was closed.. Very upsetting.

Not friendly staff and if you arrived at 4:45 they will not sell you anything besides coffee, bc they refuse to heat up any sandwich. Again, HEAT UP something frozen... Nothing coming back at all

I wanted to get coffee. I always liked caribou, my truck won't fit in drive thru. Walked up. Doors locked No one would look at me or acknowledge my presence. Screw it, I won't be back. Dunkin wants my business

If you actually need to take a crap in their restaurant, don't go here. They called the police without warning over 10 minutes in the restroom. Ridiculous!!!
I was SO excited to find out we got a Caribou. The coffee is amazing, especially compared compared to dunkin or sbux. The staff at this location are super friendly, wish I could remember their names to give them shout out!

Pumpkin latte tasted like straight up mold. Not sure if it’s normal (i’ve never had a pumpkin spice latte taste like mold?) sooo basically if you go don’t get the pumpkin spice latte lol
