Got the Philly cheese steak. Was great flavor but had mostly lettuce and mayo you pay alot for tiny sandwich with barely any meat!!! Disappointed ?. Fries were good I dip I'm a cup of cheddar. Wish they would do better portions !!!

It was hot and fresh but had absolutely no flavor. The flies in the lobby were fighting me for our food. A lady was using her raw hand to clean the tables and chip gum off. I was happy to see her cleaning but not go from cleaning to passing out samples to eat. The cookies are gross. They don't make them in store but still they are terrible. The area was very clean. The cashier couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her so I ended up getting a sandwich my number because I was hungry and just wanted food by then. It just wasn't a fit for us. Then trying to get napkins was a act of God. The lady said.... I gave you 2..... Just no.

Foods pretty good, I’ve been getting the Origional Cheesesteak and Cajun fries and haven’t been disappointed yet. The staff is friendly and fast. Diana does an awesome job. Always has a smile while helping customers.

I was surprised. The establishment changed administrators and everything improved, very clean with an atmosphere ? they speak Spanish. The boys and very. Kind 10 out of 10 I congratulate you guys

The employees were irritated as soon as we walked in 40 minutes prior to closing: we never received a receipt and kept getting numbers yelled at us and telling us that we needed to know our numbers. We were sitting while waiting on our food and the employee started picking up chairs before closing and closed the gate saying they were closed. 7 minutes before closing. We kept saying we didn’t have a number so we didn’t know and she kept repeating the number over and over, we repeated louder WE DONT HAVE A NUMBER WE DIDNT GET OUR RECEIPTS. So she started getting disrespectful. We understand you want to go home. We do to. We waited 50 minutes for our food. The service here was horrible. We also received not even a handful of fries with our meals which were combos. We Recommend eating here sooner in the day rather then later employees are irritable closer to closing time!

Ordered a cheesesteak and strawberry lemonade. First sandwich was salty, they remade it, and it was perfect. Great Team of employees. Good Food!!!

Damar Young and Virgil did an excellent job with our food. Soon as we walked in the vibe was really chill. Virgil took our order and Damar cooked! OMGGGGGG 5***** we will be back and looking for Damar specifically!

EDIT* as of 11/4 2023 Charlie's has still yet to refund me my money for my order on August 6th, 2023
We ordered dinner here 8/6/23. A boneless wing meal, and a regular wing meal. The boneless wings looked extremely unappealing, and looked more like painted coal nuggets than food. Even the plastic fork broke trying to pick one of them up. Fries for both orders were burnt, and both my partner and I ended our evening with a severe stomach ache from eating here. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Heads up customers!! I have been fighting this company for my refund going into two weeks now. Charleys keeps giving me the email run around of oh it'll be 3-5 more days after the 3-5 days they originally told me. There are no active phones, for this location or their corporate offices. I have since gotten my bank involved to get my refund Charleys said they would give.
And reaching out to them at their feedback email is useless. They sent the same scripted email the second time not acknowledging they've already told me that a week ago.

The environment wasn't great, but not terrible either. I think some minor improvements such as maintaining cleanliness would do well for them. Service was about average. However, they appear to be young so try and not be to hard on them. The food was rather costly for Wings and Philly. Wings were somewhat bland, but clean. Philly wasn't bad and taste more healthy than expected. Charley's Cheesesteaks hasn't been here long so give em time! If they make an effort to improve, they'll go from average to astonishing in due time!
