Food was hot fresh and very good. The server was great and in lieu of calling our name she brought the food to us. We were surprised how good the cheesesteak was! Great place to eat before shopping in Walmart!

I ordered and paid for a strawberry milkshake. They handed me what was maybe a strawberry sundae. When I asked if they could mix it, they said "no, its broken". If you can't make a milkshake, please just say that instead of giving someone something

EDIT* as of 9/24 2023 Charlie's has still yet to refund me my money for my order on August 6th.We ordered dinner here 8/6/23. A boneless wing meal, and a regular wing meal. The boneless wings looked extremely unappealing, and looked more like painted coal nuggets than food. Even the plastic fork broke trying to pick one of them up. Fries for both orders were burnt, and both my partner and I ended our evening with a severe stomach ache from eating here. Would not recommend based on this experience.Heads up customers!! I have been fighting this company for my refund going into two weeks now. Charleys keeps giving me the email run around of oh it'll be 3-5 more days after the 3-5 days they originally told me. There are no active phones, for this location or their corporate offices. I have since gotten my bank involved to get my refund Charleys said they would give.And reaching out to them at their feedback email is useless. They sent the same scripted email the second time not acknowledging they've already told me that a week ago.

We waited for well over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The workers looked at us but never said a word until the lady came from the back to take out order. We ordered 3 of the $7+ specials and was advised that our total was $40+ when I questioned it she edited the price never apologizing but still attempted to overcharge by ringing us up for the combo and then adding a second Dr of fried when fries already come with the combo. Again we advised her and she cancelled the entire order and then hit the button for the combination 3 times. She never apologized ever. We received our food and it tasted as expected but I wonder how many other people per day that they are overcharging.
The environment wasn't great, but not terrible either. I think some minor improvements such as maintaining cleanliness would do well for them. Service was about average. However, they appear to be young so try and not be to hard on them. The food was rather costly for Wings and Philly. Wings were somewhat bland, but clean. Philly wasn't bad and taste more healthy than expected. Charley's Cheesesteaks hasn't been here long so give em time! If they make an effort to improve, they'll go from average to astonishing in due time!

Tried to go to this location a 8:15pm with posted hours open till 9pm. Gate was closed and 2 employees cleaning. Guess they closed when they feel like it.
