On more than one occassion a female leader/supervisor with black hair maybe asian ethnicity never ever says Thank You!! never ever says My Pleasure!! Never even smiles. She is not friendly at all. How rude she is!! Watch your video cameras for proof of this. Happened today on March 30, 2024 in between 3pm and 330pm. And on at least 2 other occassions. I thought Chickfila was all about customer service and friendliness not at this store!! And not on her shift!!!! I have reported this to corporate as well.

Noah Tran 2244 Every time I go to this chick fil this young man always messes up the order in the drive thru I always ask for the chicken deluxe and he gives me the regular sandwich. This has happened plenty of times… Also once we got to the window to pick up the food they asked if we got milkshakes when we didn’t… Also the fries they put a extra packet of salt inside the fries I don’t know why they did that
