I love this location, workers are so sweet! But today there was a lack in food, fries taste almost watery and taste completely different than normal Chick-fil-A fries…. And my daughter’s ice cream was barely filled.. only 1/4 of the container. Not worth my money for food like this, not sure if we will be back!

Wow this is a very busy location, but as usual they have it going on. Very organized and efficient. Our salads were pleaniful and delicious.

I eat chicken minis for breakfast 6 days a week, would be 7 if you were open on Sunday. You could say I’m a chicken mini expert! I try to avoid this location if at all possible but sometimes my job forces me to dine here. The Monroe, NC location NEVER puts any butter on the bread for the minis!! With no butter and over cooked bread it’s ruining the delicious taste the minis offer!! Time to step up your game Monroe!

I love this one because it's in the mall and I don't have to drive around the parking lot 3 times before I order. The people that work there are extremely nice and do their job very well! My son loves Chick-fil-A ❤️

The STAFF wants to please the customer, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? The children's meals, if you request, will substitute ice cream for the toy. The best part is that you bring your ticket up to one of the registers after your little one has eaten...SURPRISE! YOU SCORE SMILES FROM YOUR Children.

Wheelchair accessibility: No matter the size, small, medium, and large, there is room for these type chairs. Plus, the person in the wheelchair will say, "I am glad you took me to eat at Chic- Fli- A!

I can say it was the best place to winning an eight atmosphere was great people was smiling for workers were happy and actually it's a little expensive but you get what you paid for and it was clean That was a very big five star issue!

Wheelchair accessibility: Being inside first level at the strip mall it was very accessible. However I have to say that if someone had to have a chair to the bathroom tables would have to be moved around because there wasn't 2 ft between the tables and another table to get through with just me walking through with my cane. so That's an issue for me being disabled so things should be changed around where it would be easy to get through with a wheelchair.
