I've been to this location maybe 6x since it opened, once inside & the rest drive thru & because of the drive-thru it is my least favorite Chick-fil-a. The food is always on point, staff is friendly but the mobile lane is ridiculous. I haven't been in it once where you make it thru before the other lane. The other lane could be 2-3x longer and those cars will zip thru before mobile. I've even got my food before the 2-3 cars in front of me & have been able to finish my burrito before I make it thru.

I'm not someone who usually give a mediocre review; however, it is deserved! I ordered a market salad and got back to the hotel and discovered I had not salad dressing or napkins so, I went back to the restaurant. No apology of any sort was offered. The food was good so that is something. Don't like Chick-fil-A as much any more since they are mostly a drive through restaurant. Get em in and out quickly and little to no customer service. The parking lot is a challenge to negotiate and eating inside isn't the same anymore! Since Mr. Cathy passed the restaurant has changed! Not for the better!

Saw a kitchen worker (Hispanic woman with a hair net) in the bathroom just rinse off her hands instead of using soap. Hope she didn't handle my food
Well after my last visit to Macdonalds in monroe on 74 to bring me grandchildren to the playground which turned out to be a nightmare filthy dirty. I thought I would try Chick-fil-A in monroe on 74 what a difference clean good atmosphere the manager ever came to our table and filled our drinks there's a girl is on the floor constantly cleaning tables the manager even swept up, now I know where I'm going to bring my grandchildren for dinner and playground. Thank you Chick-fil-A

I love chickfila. Normally when I order to pick it up inside it’s great. But every time I go to the mobile order drive through its horrible. The kids that were working tonight were not focused at all. They were laughing and giggling for a solid 5 minutes before they even asked me what the name I was there for was. I would be less irritated about that if my sandwhich had on it what I payed for. Overall, decent restaurant but don’t use the mobile drive through.
