I've been to this location maybe 6x since it opened, once inside & the rest drive thru & because of the drive-thru it is my least favorite Chick-fil-a. The food is always on point, staff is friendly but the mobile lane is ridiculous. I haven't been in it once where you make it thru before the other lane. The other lane could be 2-3x longer and those cars will zip thru before mobile. I've even got my food before the 2-3 cars in front of me & have been...
Well after my last visit to Macdonalds in monroe on 74 to bring me grandchildren to the playground which turned out to be a nightmare filthy dirty. I thought I would try Chick-fil-A in monroe on 74 what a difference clean good atmosphere the manager ever came to our table and filled our drinks there's a girl is on the floor constantly cleaning tables the manager even swept up, now I know where I'm going to bring my grandchildren for dinner and playground.
