Chick-fil-A never lets me down! I have severe celiac disease now so I can’t eat their chicken, sandwiches nor their salads. But I can eat their fries, fruit cups and breakfast bowl as long as they change their gloves (I’m that allergic!) and they never let me down. I hate to ask for them to change their gloves, cause I know how difficult it is since I worked in fast food. Usually, they offer to change their gloves before I even ask!!. Their service is exemplary just amazing thank you Chick-fil-A!

All the workers that ive encountered were really nice, always spreading positivity, Although the drive through is a little slow, i try not to judge that much since they just opened and we are all human. overall if you are having a bad day best place to come to, most workers are eager to build a relationship with the costumers. I had some good conversations with some. Thank you cfa!

The new restaurant at Hilltop is a great location. With it being new they have a lot more business than most stores, but the service was still very fast in the drive through.
The people working at this location have a complete lack of customer service skills. The attitude they displayed at the slightest inconvenience is unacceptable. We had multiple people ask if we had paid, while in the drive through, and even after showing the receipt they continued to question us. The food came out extremely salty and cold , and they gave us the wrong drinks.

Each time we've been through the drive thru we've had a very long wait and they brought our food out to us when there are 4 or 5 cars still in front of us, therefore by the time we get pulled over to eat, our food is needing reheated. We've been in line 15 minutes and the line isn't moving.

The girl that took my order was great, but the staff in kitchen was terrible forgot to bag my nuggets, and i got a sandwich and asked for no pickles, a sticker on the box states that it has no pickels and it still came with pickels.
