Me and my boyfriend came in today and had a small issue with my steak, when we told our server Brittney she was very attentive and sweet and got it fixed right up for us. She checked in and was very very sweet. One of the managers came out to make sure everything was perfect with the new steak and offered free sides. Sweet staff and all around the food was very tasty.

Monroe location never disappoints. Been coming here more often and the food is always good. Waitresses are always attentive here along with the managers checking on each table and welcoming them. Even on a busy Saturday everything was great.

We visit this location frequently, but have never left a review. We have been twice in the last week and had excellent service which is what led me to finally leave a review. Both times, the service was excellent. The waitress was still at our table taking our order when the drinks and salads arrived. The food came out quickly after that. The waitress and manager were both very attentive bringing drink refills and asking if we needed anything else. Fantastic place to enjoy dinner.

I cut myself soon after sitting down for dinner last night. As I was heavily bleeding I asked our server for a band aid and she told me they’re not allowed to give a band aid to bleeding customers. So I ended up bleeding all over the floor and table next to us, and more in the bathroom. But i suppose chilis is cool with peoples blood all over an establishments people eat. Absolutely disgusting Chili’s

The where so busy, the server tried to do the best she could but they really had too many tables for their capacity, the kitchen was quite backed up we had to wait 1 hour for our food to be served, when we received it the food was so salty I couldn't eat it I told our server and she looked for her manager who told me that the food was not salty and that I was the one who was wrong, I explained to her that it wasn't my first time at chili's and that I knew very well what my burger really tasted like and it was so salty it was inedible, she suggested making it again and giving it to me to go which I don't agree with when I have waited 1 hour for my food, waited longer and had to take it home and end up eating cold food because the manager decided to be short staffed and not help his team, I really do not recommend this restaurant
