NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! I waited a half hour for a to go order, never received a text message it was ready, when i went inside the girl at the to go counter giggled when i complained i had not received a text and ask if it was ready and told me it was and had been sitting for over ten minutes and that this location is aware the text message system doesnt work. i should have demanded a refund. The food was disgusting, soggy and the fries were so hard my dog wouldnt even eat them. Save your money this location doesnt deserve anyone's business and im beyond mad i tipped such incompetent people (check 40017 today 6:09 pm)

I went to Chili’s Tuesday night 2/11 I left my purse behind ( All my fault because how does this happens too much on my mind ) but in any event I spoke with a manger 2/12 she was nice gave me reinsurance that none of the staff would take my purse and try calling again it might pop up … I called back 2/13 spoke with the 2nd manager Tara and she had no empathy and was so rude to me like she was hiding something and told me she wasn’t going to show the cops no camera it’s a waste of my time. I just wanted to put that out there and remind ppl don’t forget your stuff it’s a cruel world out there and it’s not alot of good ppl anymore and clearly the manger doesn’t care and thinks she knows more then the other manager because the 1st manager i spoke with was new.. moral of story your stuff is not safe here and mangers have no integrity and shouldn’t even be managing with that attitude

One of the nicer Chili’s I’ve been to. Prices have definitely changed since I’ve been last. Don’t believe it’s worth the cost but a nice spot to grab a quick bite 👍🏻
Stopped in on a Friday night. Had about a 5 minute wait. Waitress came over pretty quickly. Ordered a mushroom swiss burger. Burger was good but overcooked.

Manager stated since we had a toddler that we could not sit down to eat.All due to my 2 year old will not sit in a booster seat. I tried to reason with her but she stated it was there policy , now restaurant is discrimination against kids this is so sad. Will never return.

Ordered delivery and never received my items seems from the mouth of the manager that dashers are doing this a lot at this location and when you call DoorDash is what they told me to do DoorDash can do nothing so they say they don’t know who the dasher is that picked it up so that dasher is still out there picking up other orders and nothing be done about it
