The where so busy, the server tried to do the best she could but they really had too many tables for their capacity, the kitchen was quite backed up we had to wait 1 hour for our food to be served, when we received it the food was so salty I couldn't eat it I told our server and she looked for her manager who told me that the food was not salty and that I was the one who was wrong, I explained to her that it wasn't my first time at chili's and that I knew very well what my burger really tasted like and it was so salty it was inedible, she suggested making it again and giving it to me to go which I don't agree with when I have waited 1 hour for my food, waited longer and had to take it home and end up eating cold food because the manager decided to be short staffed and not help his team, I really do not recommend this restaurant

Walked into restaurant with my mother about 3:20 pm today. We waited and waited for someone to seat us but no one was at the front. A girl came out from the back briefly in the bar area but did not come to the front area. There were people at the bar. We waited another brief moment and then just left. Guess Chilis doesn’t need the business .

Chill place. Drinks were great, we went for National tequila day and got $5 margs. Pretty strong. appetizer sampler was filling for my boyfriend and I. Server was super chill and prompt with service. Will definitely be back :)

I went into the takeout section of the restaurant to order carryout. I asked them what would be the quickest thing I could get and the young lady said the quesadilla they can get that out in no time. I ordered the food and I assume if they could bring it out to my car which was right outside the takeout door. She said absolutely so I tipped them $4. I went to the car and proceeded to wait about 15 minutes undecided I would go in and check to find my food setting on the shelf. I wanted just to say Please return my $4, But I didn't but I'll think about where I choose to eat at the next time I go out to eat.
